My Storm vs. Lynx prediction breaks down the best bets I'm backing for the WNBA tonight.

The Minnesota Lynx (8-2) continue to boast the best record in the WNBA, despite missing their best player and replacing several rotation players from last year's team. They take a six-game win streak into a home meeting with the Seattle Storm (3-8) at 1 p.m. ET on Saturday at the Target Center in Minneapolis on ABC.

The market has fully bought into the Lynx at this point, listing them as 13.5-point favorites in this matchup and propelling them up the WNBA championship odds table. My Storm vs. Lynx prediction doesn't expect Minnesota to have much trouble, but it should be lower scoring than the total (161.5) would suggest.

🏆 Who will win Storm vs. Lynx?

I predict the Lynx to cruise to a 14-point win against the Storm on Saturday. This is a huge mismatch on paper, with the Lynx boasting the best metrics in the WNBA and the Storm ranking near the bottom.

Score prediction: Lynx 84, Storm 70

💰 Storm vs. Lynx prediction & best bet

Under 161.5 (-108)

The Storm vs. Lynx total has climbed four points overnight, creating value on the Under. Both teams would prefer to play a lower-scoring game.

Well, Seattle has no choice. The Storm are 8-3 to the Under, ranking 14th in offensive rating and 15th in points per game. Minnesota, meanwhile, allows the fewest points in the league and is No. 1 in defensive rating.

As a result, I like the Under on the full-game total (161.5) and Seattle's team total (73.5).

🔥 Best Storm vs. Lynx player prop bet

Courtney Williams Under 17.5 points (-109)

Lynx guard Courtney Williams has taken a back seat to Olivia Miles' Rookie of the Year leading campaign. Williams is averaging 17.7 points per contest, but she's only cleared this scoring line in three of 10 matchups.

There are multiple reasons why I like the Under again on Saturday. The Lynx might not need much from Williams, which could give her fewer minutes in the fourth quarter. Seattle also ranks fifth in defending mid-range jumpers, per Props Madness. That is the area where Williams likes to attack defenses the most.

Given this Under is -130 at FanDuel, I like the -109 price tag at DraftKings a lot.

🚀 Storm vs. Lynx same-game parlay

I believe in the Lynx's top-ranked defense, shutting down a Storm team that hasn't scored more than 72 points in four straight outings. I also don't expect Williams to have to do as much. A parlay of those two Unders and Minnesota's moneyline comes out to +234 at DraftKings. A simple, straightforward plan.
