My WNBA All-Star Game prediction doesn't expect much defense in a matchup featuring the league's brightest stars.

I like the Over on the full-game total (275.5) ahead of a clash with Team Spoon sitting as a 3.5-point favorite over Team Coop. Tipoff is set for 8:30 p.m. ET on Saturday at the United Center in Chicago on ABC.

🏆 Who will win the WNBA All-Star Game?

I predict Teresa Weatherspoon's team will defeat Cynthia Cooper's squad by five points in the 2026 WNBA All-Star Game on Saturday in Chicago. Team Spoon has held steady as the favorite, trading between -3.5 and -4.5 since these markets were released at the best sports betting sites. That's because she boasts the better roster, featuring Caitlin Clark, A'ja Wilson, Olivia Miles, Allisha Gray, and Rhyne Howard.

Score prediction: Team Spoon 143, Team Cooper 138

💰 WNBA All-Star Game prediction & best bet

Over 275.5 (-114)

Defense has become an afterthought in the WNBA All-Star Game. There was a record 282 total points scored in last year's contest. That came after 270 points in 2023, and 254 were recorded in 2022.

I'm following the recent trend, especially given the personnel for Saturday's matchup. This game features several talented offensive guards capable of putting up huge performances.

The market agrees with me, as this total is as high as 279.5 after opening at 274.5 through the best sports betting apps. I'm willing to back the Over at 276.5 or better before focusing on the first-quarter mark instead.

🔥 Best WNBA All-Star Game player prop bet

Allisha Gray 3-plus 3-pointers (+140)

The Atlanta Dream's Allisha Gray could be a sneaky WNBA All-Star Game MVP candidate as a reserve guard for Team Spoon. But I prefer to target her in the 3-point prop market instead.

Gray started in last year's All-Star Game, firing 12 shots in 16 minutes. All of those attempts were from beyond the 3-point line, and she nailed five. That came after she hit one triple in each of her first two All-Star appearances.

If Gray maintains that shot diet tonight, I like the +140 price tag on her to hit a trio of triples.
