Picking NFL futures can be quite intriguing but also very difficult. It’s why most of them are considered long shots, like this year’s Super Bowl winner or MVP recipient. Picking the best NFL betting site at the best sportsbooks for your season-long betting action doesn’t have to be as hard. I’ve ranked the top 3 sportsbooks for NFL Futures and what separates them from the rest of the pack.

1. FanDuel

FanDuel’s easy navigation and user intuitiveness really gets the ball rolling (or throwing) for me. As you enter the main NFL page, you’ll notice all the different types of futures bets FanDuel has to offer on a convenient horizontal carousel. This design makes it extremely easy to locate these long-term bets.

FanDuel offers a comprehensive team futures selection, including: Super Bowl odds for the Big Game winner & matchup, NFL playoff oddsNFL win totals, and division & conference champions. What I’m more interested in is the player prop futures, which FanDuel offers more of than any other sportsbook. From player milestones to defensive players’ total sack count, FanDuel has it all.

Recently, FanDuel just ran an all-day promotional event called “Futures Day” where all NFL futures bets were boosted up to 50%. The one-day betting holiday also gave users instant bonus bets across the more common futures markets like Super Bowl predictions or win totals.

In summary, FanDuel promo code:

Key takeaways

➡️ NFL futures markets that are easy to access.

➡️ A wide and competitive range of team and player futures markets.

➡️ Promotional events that aren’t seen anywhere else.

2. DraftKings

DraftKings is the most similar to FanDuel in terms of its futures markets available. My main gripe is the lack of promotions. Known for no sweat bets and profits boosts, DraftKings has a fair amount of same-day or same-week promos, but none for long-term futures markets, the main leg-up FanDuel has, compared to the other best betting sites.

DraftKings has some specific futures I’ve never come across before, one being Season High Totals. For example, the ‘Regular Season Total Highest Individual Passing Game’ line is set at 490.5 yards. There is no player name attached; it can be any player to reach that threshold, and the bet is set in an over/under capacity. You can bet on Highest Interceptions Thrown and Highest Passing Touchdowns similarly. This type of market is something interesting and different, as most sportsbooks lean more towards the player props futures in categories like this.

Finding these futures can be a little inconvenient. You can access the basic NFL Futures markets, such as champion, conference winner, or division winner, easily by scrolling down to ‘NFL Futures’ under the A-Z sports menu.

Finding the prop specific futures is a little trickier, however. To find player specials, defensive props, player futures or season high totals, users must land on the main NFL tab and click through 20+ other types of NFL markets. It's great to have different options, but not at the expense of hiding futures markets, in my opinion.

In summary, the DraftKings promo code:

Key takeaways

➡️ Has different forms of player props you can’t find anywhere else.

➡️ Lacks long-term promotions for futures markets.

➡️ Displays its specialized future markets inconveniently.

3. BetMGM

The last sportsbook to crack the top 3 in NFL futures betting is BetMGM. Still a solid option with just some market shortages, my biggest takeaway is the app’s layout. Unlike FanDuel and DraftKings, BetMGM doesn’t have a horizontal display of NFL futures markets or even NFL markets for that matter. Just a standard Events carousel featuring game lines and a Futures carousel listing every Futures market, top to bottom. This makes it extremely difficult to scroll through markets quickly.

In terms of actual futures markets, I like what BetMGM has to offer. Like FanDuel, BetMGM has all of the season-long player props most futures bettors are looking for. The most bet on players in each of the skill positions have their regular season receiving, rushing, or throwing lines set where you can bet the over/under. The same thing applies to touchdowns. These markets are my personal favorites to bet on.

At the moment, BetMGM is offering a non-traditional season-long promotion. I wouldn’t consider it a futures promotion, but it’s certainly better than nothing. Users can place a First Touchdown Scorer bet on any NFL game until the end of the season. If your player scores the first TD of the game, your bet wins. If they score the second TD of the game, you get your stake back in cash. Most NFL promotions involve profit boosts or no sweat bets for one particular game or week, so this type of promo is refreshing.

In summary, BetMGM promo code

Key takeaways

➡️ Lacks a proper futures market layout, making it hard to locate and scroll through.

➡️ Has all of the most attractive player prop markets available.

➡️ Features a non-conventional, season-long NFL promotion.
