Todo esto se hizo sin mi consentimiento.
Tengo noticias por CNN de que esto también le ha sucedido a otros 300 apostantes en todo el mundo. Let me comment the most clever people here ( I do not want to say names, you know who ). Maybe you have not lost any cent on this case and you are giving "great advices" here to end with investigation because you do not feel the depth of this matter. Let us do what we are suppose to be good. I don't care about the stories about previous costarican bookies, I am interested only in this specific case of Bestake scam because I am involved in this ( so the other victims ). "Show me the money" option means to check the money and not put the bets on my account total balance, right ? If you were in our shoes maybe you will feel the seriousity and it can be pretty possible that you will be the next of victim of bookies.
TO BESTAKE VICTIMS :
I still think that the costarican line is bad and does not leas anywhere. We should push hard on Moneybooker and Neteller where Bestake has the money. I just have been told that Neteller is having discussions with Bestake how to proceed with their account. It means that they must have a big amount on their account.
Who take this matter seriuosly will join me and my way to solution but smartasses please let us do what we want and try to message in other forums. From this moment I end with these wisegus and will not react and comment because it is just a waste of my time.Comment -

To real victims of Bestake scam ( so not for smartasses
) : I talked to Scotland Yard today in UK because Moneybookers and Netellers are registered in UK. We explained to Police that both must be checked because they handle the money of Bestake. This way I am trying to influence both e-wallet companies to share the infos about their transfers...so suddenly we are here in Europe and we can push harder these f....g scammers because in Costa Rica they have very strange law...
In my opinion to ask for a lawyer for Italian victims as per above mentioned, I am just afraid that you spend high amounts and he will only be on holiday in Costa Rica ( maybe he founds a server in some kind of makeshift but nothing more ). In summary I would not be so quiet to have this lawyer for such an expensive service....
If you have other idea please let me know. Maybe it will be helpful for any of us.
On Thursday and after on Friday I talked to Conzul for Costa Rica In Vienna ( Austria ) and for 20 minutes I tried to explain what happened. He has not replied anyway, so his forces are the same as Bestake's.
If you think ( personally I higly recommend ) to call Scotland Yard Police in UK. Their phone is : 0044 207 230 1212 and ask for internet crime department. They speak English only. They promised to reply within 3 days.Comment -

We had a reply form a lawyer in Costarica. He said that:
_the server they use is in Costarica
_the company "Charlyn de Rohrmoser" is Costarican and exists since 2008
_people behind the company are Costarican, and they know who they are
_their phone number is Costarican and Costarican people answer
so, it is possible to start a law action for fraud in Costarica.

Unfortunately moneybookers and neteller are pretty bare minimum moneytransfer services. From experience with other books, they'll act after the fact, and can distribute what's in a book's ewallet if they feel the need. However, with smaller books, that tends to be not much.
All they can really do is freeze the ewallet so the book can't take deposits. I believe they only do that when the book has ceased making payouts entirely, and the complaints build up - in other words, it protects future depositers from getting stung, but doesn't do anything for those currently owed money.Comment -

Sending an email to the municipality of san jose will get you nowhere. Neither will sending an email to fuerza publica (the "state police"). Costa Rica has no official gaming laws, and they don't issue gaming licenses. The only possible entity that 'might' be of assistance to you is OIJ.
