You couldn't muster $25 in conventional bets given a week's time?

I mean if those are the rules the onus is on you to complete your obligation. It's not a lot to ask.

I can see how player props don't count, it's like a niche bet. They want people betting major markets against spreads and totals. Tough break though.

    Betonline $200,000 NFL contest sham

I have been playing this contest all season long and I finally got 5/5 last week to qualify for free bets.

    Rules of contest:

The contest is free to enter; however, to qualify for prizes, you must place real-money bets of $25 or more in the sportsbook or casino each week between Tuesday at 12:00 am ET and the following Monday at 11:59 pm ET.

Now they are saying since I didn't bet specific bets on the sportsbook I don't qualify. I bet 50+ player props but that's not betting in the sportsbook to them.

They literally screw with you sigh

It's much easier to get away with scamming smaller amounts from people. Most people would just give up. Not me. Now it's more about the prinicple than the money. I will make sure they are exposed if this is something they are doing intentionally. Even if I have to spend thousands of my own dollars to do it. I absolutely despise scammers.

Clearly that would be a good reason to ban somone....I didn't do that. This was the first time doing any type of online gambling. Either their systems are wrong or they are intentially scamming people. But why should I gave them benefit of the doubt when they haven't gave me one. So I'll assume they are scamming.

Have you considered the chance they could be WRONG?! I wouldn't be wasting this much time or energy knowing clearly that doing cashbacks and multiple accounts is frowned upon. Like no shit. It's at this point it's not about the money. It's the priciple of STEALING someone's money and not providing a reason. I DO NOT have amnesia about opening an account and making a cash back. This was the first time doing ANY type of gambling online in my ENTIRE LIFE. They are wrong plain and simple. I can provide evidence that they are wrong and there is no way they can do the same because THIS WAS MY ONLY ACCOUNT. They would be unable to prove any other transactions under my name BECAUSE THERE ARE NONE. This is the root of the problem. No appeals process, guilty until proven innocent. Seriously what is wrong with you guys? I will not be gaslight and told "oh you know what you did wrong". I did absolutely nothing wrong.

Now it's about the principle because I won't how many other people they do this to and I promise I will get to the bottom of it. Trust. There's plenty of other complants of them doing this on https://www.askgamblers.com

I don't reach out to books unless I am fairly sure it's a valid complaint first.

Not that I can do anything directly to help with offshore disputes now, but I would have given this guy a useful email contact if there was enough here to suggest he was being treated unfairly.

Yes that's why it took about 10 requests on how he funded the account for him to finally answer.

3 days was enough time for them to respond. I said I would ********** if they didn't give a me a reason for closing the account and they couldn't even do that. Makes no sense. Understand how that looks from my perspective.. confiscating money and not even providing a reason. They need to look into their practises.

Update: I'm left to assume the BetOnline intentionally scammed me being that they'd rather take a negative hit to their rating rather than simply respond (see below). Watch out with these guys. They are sketchy.

Seems like the weekly/monthly bonuses also a joke here. No action, or winning action no matter how much I bet gets me $10 a week/month, and a little bit more if I lose. A similar bonus program at Stake just gave me $125 for the week and $255 for the past month. BOL live odds used to be fantastic, now they are always locked and when they do open I get a spinning wheel for 40 seconds and by then the odds are locked again.

BetOnline is not a scam book and they're generally very reliable and above board.

But assuming it is a legit issue, ask Dave Mason to take a look at it. He's very good about helping people with customer service issues.

You'd have a much different take if it were YOUR money. And that doesn't make any sense. I used their platform, their user interface to play THEIR games exactly as presented. If something went wrong then it's on them, not me. And I don't even know if that there an issue because THEY WON'T FKIN TELL ME. They just outright took my money and provided absolutely no explaination or further action I couid take. Yet were so happy to take my deposits. You don't see how thats scummy?

They were all so happy to take my deposit and let me play...So it's all coming off as extremely scammy.

Look at this most recent corrospondace. They are incredibly sketchy.

less than 0% chance BOL is just out of the blue taking $230 from a new sign up. the absolute no communication back to customer (if true) is bizarre however.

Thats was my thoughts exactly. Like they can't be that hard up for $200. But I don't know what else to think. I didn't do anything that would warrent disabling an account and confiscating funds. It's not even possible to cheat at sportbetting / online blackjack. At least not that I know.
