Hey guys, so I made my account a couple days ago and I didn’t even recall I had a account 10+ years ago and BOL is saying I was multi accounting after requesting all this info which I provided. I never multi accounted as the old account has not been logged into my new one… was 100% not using multi accounts at the same time… big no no and not doing it….

they are clearly trying to not pay out because I had a large hit a few nights ago…

any suggestions ?

Well…. Went to make a with withdraw via BTC, which I thought betonline didn’t have a KYC ordeal but clearly they do…. They are claiming I had 2 accounts but I never had 2 active accounts at one time… my account before this one was compromised, so I closed it down and they handled it. The agent on the phone said go ahead and create a new account which I did

my account I closed a little while back as I didn’t want to have it sitting open with my credit cards etc all attached with chance of some one getting into my account. When I started playing again a few weeks ago I tried to login with Zero luck so I simply made a new account, made a deposit and was betting. I used CC to deposit so I have to wait another 48 hours I think until I can withdraw what little I won…. After looking around seeing BetOnline track record some say good to go, and some say they are horrible… I never had 2 accounts active at the same time… all my info is correct, and just really don’t want to get burned

I have never once had an issue getting a payout from them. You might run into issues since you opened a second account. You should have contacted them and sorted it out before you went and opened another account.

we shall see…. Nothing funny was going on , didn’t claim deposit bonuses etc, and my info matches my drivers license etc… when I tried to reach out I didn’t have luck getting ahold of them so…

there's probably not much point in bringing this up, though. It's not a bug, but a limitation of the account. Live betting is the first thing to get limited on Betonline, both in volume as well as functionality.

They have a support account in the name "BetOnline" you can try PMing. But Dave Mason, findable on Twitter, is the best man if you can get his ear.

I don't think they do have that by default. I believe it's a player management tool.

I might be wrong and things could have changed, but like you say it makes no sense to bother offering the market if the default setting makes betting them impossible.

By the way ,I have had this delay on the livebetting wagering for AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER ,and only made that post here because another member of this forum (probably 2Sweet's comment) ,complained about some delay on the processing of the bets.
That made me start wondering if me having a 30sec delay between me clicking "place wager" and the wager actually getting successfully processed ,isn't actually normal and their actual delay is must less.
An agent confirmed it to me claiming that "the maximum delay to place livebets is 3-4seconds" ,so I send him a screen recording proving my 30sec delay (x10 the time-period that according to him is normal) ,he created a ticket and then the circus started.
The ticket was "resolved" after 2 days with them claiming that its not an issue caused by betnonline and "the account doesn't have any restrctions as we don't don't this on client's accounts" per quote.
They are literally spitting on me and they call it "raining".
Ridiculous treatment.

Perhaps they're doing a sweep of winning players before NFL Season? I've been on there a year now (after winning and being limited on both their sister sites) and their treatment has always been the best (allowing 20k plus winnings before limit)

However, there's also been times where their customer service seems disconnected from what's actually going on. I doubt the agents are "lying" they might just not be informed and instructed to not admit fault of the website ever. Disappointing change from their management team but they still have great lines during tv timeouts that should accept even with 20 seconds.

I kept explaining to them how it can't possibly be my connection causing this issue since I can bet on their sportsbook and esports section and the wager goes in ,in less than 2seconds on each of the sportsbooks but only on their livebetting I have a delay of 30seconds on all my wagers upon me clicking "place bet" and their support even told me that I was too late ( "you are wasting too much time to click the bet" unironically their live-agent typed to me!) on clicking my bets LOL.
I haven't had even such success using them.Maybe I am up around 5-6k and not only they put this ridiculous delay ,making in impossible for me to make any livebet wagers on very fast-pace sports like basketball and tennis , but they also are laughing at my face ,denying all responsibility and claiming that the issue is on my end as "bad connection", based on your enlightening responses here so I thank you greatly for this.

Can also confirm betonline hit me with the slow down on the same exact date you posted this as well. Customer support had me send a video and agree it was way too slow.

Submitted a ticket that was marked as "resolved" with a little note how they're working closely with the tech team to investigate and resolve. Been 4 days since that and nothing, doubt it's coming back.

Viewing it as an experiment. So far, so good:
1) I like the Reduced Juice. Hard to find prices with < 20-cent juice.
2) Initial deposit went thru pretty well. No issues to speak of.

The fastest Live betting is 100% Legal Books. Maybe they trust there software better than Offshore.

Offshore I have accts at BOL BM BAS and BET105 of the 4 for Live Betting I rate like this if u r betting 500 or less

Bet105/ Slight delay but they get it through in a few seconds Great limits also.

BM/ Little delay limits could be higher but delay not as bad as the last 2 ..

Forget 30 second delays they will change the line on u and against u 9 out of 10 times then u still can't get the bet in.. Also u can't parlay Live wagers more than 100 if u r lucky. By far the worst book I've ever used for Live wagers and they have 2 platforms. I was around when WSEX brought live wagering to all of us. Betanything is Betnothing when it comes to live wagering. It’s not by default. At least when I joined in 2024 my account didn’t have it. After I had success live betting they added the 30-60 second delay on my account. I’ve pretty much moved away from using them because of this. None of the other sportsbooks do this (Bovada, bookmaker, heritage)

If I am trying to bet Home -3.5 ,I am clicking "place bet" then they go and miss a shot or make a turnover or make a 3pointer, the line changes within 15-20seconds to either -2.5 or -4.5.
If the sportsbook has by default a 30sec delay for all livebet wagers , with no option of "accept line changes"then how is any bettor supposed to be using livebetting for basketball or tennis or even soccer?
I doubt its just me.

I am using BetOnline and they also require ALTEAST 30seconds (I counted them with my watch lol) for my bet to get accepted.
How is it expected for bettors to make inplay wagers on basketball for example, that the handicap line changes every possesion or every missed/made basket, for the bets on a specific line to go in and not get rejected if there is a 30sec delay upon the moment you click "place wager" ?

I deposited 5k with them to test them out b4 Football. I give them a 2 out of 10. If it was just live betting I'd give them a 1. You wont get a bet in if the game is live on both there live services I'm talking 30 second delays and getting rejected for 200 wagers. The website is very clean but horrible to use for the Avg gambler. I will be cashing out tomorrow and won't be back. The only upside to this place is if u r a degen and play the Lottery. They still do pay 9/1 on numbers as 5dimes did. Also no if u take a Bonus don't do it during baseball!!! U can't bet any Money Lines with a bonus. BOL pushes the bonuses for those "pools". Anyone ever win one. Sure is endless number of listed entries. If those are legit, BOL is huge.
Stick to Bitcoin with them. Do not use a Credit Card unless you enjoy insane fees and getting hacked later on.

Been a client for many years. It's the best book in the world. Instant or near-instant payouts and high limits. I use the classic interface as some have said that the new interface shows stale lines. For pros, only Circa and Pinnacle can hold a candle in 2025. Bookmaker/CRIS/JustBet is very good too but will limit you even on main markets if you're too good.
