Posting here because I’m not getting traction through normal customer service channels and I’m hoping for guidance (and if any book reps/monitors are present, help getting this escalated).

I’m a long-time BetOnline customer (since 2017; VIP; mostly NCAA football sides/totals; no bonuses taken). Based on what BetOnline phone support told me, my account appears to have been taken over on Jan 14, 2026: the registered email/password were changed and withdrawal(s) removed virtually all funds (six figures USD). I’m avoiding personal identifiers publicly, but I can verify ownership privately immediately.

What happened (per BetOnline phone support)

After failing to log in online multiple times, on Jan 17, 2026 I spoke with two BetOnline customer service reps by phone. Both stated that on Jan 14:

• the registered email was changed (not by me)
• the password was changed (not by me)
• and withdrawal(s) were processed that same day

I received no notification to my original email and no phone/SMS alerts for an email change, password change, or withdrawal approvals.

Timeline

• Jan 17, 2026: Discovered I couldn’t log in; spoke with two customer service reps and sent my initial email report; was told it would be escalated to Security/Financial Services.
• Jan 21, 2026: Sent a detailed written report to Security/Financial Services requesting: account lock, a ticket/case number, withdrawal details (destination + TXIDs), audit trail, and preservation of logs.
• Jan 26, 2026: Called again seeking any update. General customer service told me the fraud investigation has been closed and they would provide no more details on the account.
• As of today: I still have no formal written response from Security/Financial Services, have not received any phone calls from them, and have not regained any access to the account.

What I’ve checked on my side

Since Jan 17 I’ve reviewed my sportsbook accounts, plus banking/financial/crypto/email accounts and device security (computer + phone). I’m not seeing suspicious activity elsewhere, and at the moment this seems isolated to my BetOnline account. What I’m hoping to learn here:

1. Has anyone had BetOnline change the registered email / allow withdrawals without notifying the original email/phone?
2. Any known way to escalate beyond standard support (a specific department contact, process, etc.)?
3. If the withdrawals were crypto: any advice on the fastest way to obtain TXIDs/destination when Security won’t respond?
4. Has anyone seen a cluster of similar reports recently (account takeover / credential changes / withdrawals)?

For any forum moderators/monitors or BetOnline staff: I can verify all details quickly via private message (account ID, timeline, documentation) so this can be escalated fast.

I’ll update this thread as things develop.

Betonline VIP Rewards (total joke!!)

Since I left bookmaker I tried out bookmaker for the last couple of months. It seems they payout which was my biggest concern. Holy heck though their customer service and
rewards are a complete joke!

For reference, with Bookmaker I would receive 20% cash on my bitcoin deposits with no rollover, they comped me about 20% of my total loses in free plays, before cutting that off. In addition I would earn on average about $200-300 per day in rewards points.

At Betonline I’m a Diamond II status and deposited $50k since November ($30k in December). I received a few hundred dollars in their weekly cash drop and a whopping $400 for the month of December. LOL are you kidding me!!!?!! They are by far the worst book in terms of comps out there. I’m not sure how you could’ve any worse.

Additionally, during my time at Betonline I made
over $130k in deposits and never once requested a withdrawal, so it was not as though I had made a profit.

I’m officially done with offshore sports books - they are the worst!!! Going back to the good old US of A. Good luck to those of you that play with the Costa Rican or Panama rats, they are scum bags with the worst CS you’ll find.

I had the same bet in the other 2 games and they rightfully lost. so frustrating i win 1/3 but even that gets graded a loss and nobody will help me.

It's annoying, but sometimes you have to keep trying until you get the right person. I have had arguments with some of their customer service over the years about various issues, where they proved to be absolutely clueless. I disconnected and contacted another chat agent, and was then helped immediately. Kind of luck of the draw.

I've been playing at Bet online since before I can remember, tonight they did some of the shadyist shit.

After winning a hefty sum at poker I made a withdrawal. They proceeded to put me through the wringer about my withdrawal which has never happened before. Asking all kinds of questions I've been playing with them for 15 years or so and it's never been an issue.

So I'm waiting for my withdrawal I decide to play a little blackjack, I proceeded to win like six hands in a row all while betting two hands at 50 a piece, so I think I'm cool right, wrong.

Once I exit the blackjack game I noticed that my account hasn't been credited for my winnings, probably upwards of $600 or so. My balance is the exact same way it was when I started playing.

There's no number no live chat no anything to contact them just some complaint field that you can fill out at your leisure.

So after filling out the complaint thing a couple of times and not hearing anything back I get a message that my deposit hasn't went through because I need to go through verification.


Long story short, I'm unsure of my blackjack winnings and got my withdrawal pushed through by a pussy hair.

I will never deposit there again, they can kiss my ass.

They're in a class of their own. Besides BOL there is no other book on earth that will let sharps risk so much and will pay out millions per day to a single player with instantaneous payouts. [Edit: turns out Paradise Wager fits this bill as well!]

Put it this way. If you were to ask pro players playing main markets about which book is most important to them, the vast majority would say BOL.

Some jabronis will come back and say, "yeah but that's only <1% of bettors. what about the 99%?" I hope the answer is obvious: if a book can and does handle Joe Pro's $1 million payout quickly with no drama then it is very unlikely to have issues paying Joe Blow his $4k now or any time in the future. Contrast with the Mickey Mouse outlets I see some shills pumping on these forums.

No, I’m kicking myself to be honest. I was restricted in limits ie im a big live in game player and games were often capped at $250 increments so I would have to play them 5-10x.

bookmaker was good in that sense. At one point, I had $200k live on a Chinese basketball gm. The issue with BM was the $100k max monthly withdrawal. If it was $500k I would have probably stayed there. They did some bs moves like deactive my bets points when I was hot. Overall BM was good just terrible CS but all the offshore books have that issue

Some of you know I played with Bookmaker, terrible outfit, mgmt, customer support and the list goes on. I started playing with Betonline and deposited $75k with them 2023.
Ive made $10k deposit with them. I will say great customer service and support staff. However I must be missing something, they don’t offer deposit bonuses or free plays. They have a new VIP program which seems avg at best. They gave me a one time $50 free play, lol. I’ve never seen such a thing.

Back when BM was a reputable book, they gave me free plays ranging from $500-5k based on my dep volume.

It sounds like BetUS offers some good promos but not sure how legit they are. Any recommendations on the best offshore books?

07:59 would have been during the half time break. Is that as you remember it?

It seems quite clear how this should be graded if you are giving us the correct information. You must have only been speaking toa CS person who did not check properly.

Thanks Opti! That's exactly the correct way to figure out the time of the 2nd goal. Yet these idiots at BetOnline were unable to do so. I spoke to one Customer Service guy name Andrew and then also asked to speak to a Supervisor who was named Patrick.

As far as the time change goes, that's the same thing Patrick tried to convince me, that it was a time zone issue. He said the system time was 3 hours ahead of GMT-7. The problem with that is that each ticket time is GMT-7 in both cases and doesn't deal with Eastern Time Zone vs Mountain Time Zone.

The thing to note is that the time changed. Having the correct time, especially in a live bet, is essential in getting the bet graded correctly and can make the difference between winning, pushing or losing.

BetOnline changed a ticket of mine. The time a LIVE bet was accepted was originally almost 4 hours after the match started and then changed back to the correct time. If they can change the time of a ticket they can change an amount.
Imagine if you had a $40,000 bet and they changed it to $30,000. Why would anyone bet here?
The problem arose when I made the following bet:
PYRAMIDS FC vs PHARCO FC - Side Handicap 0:2 PYRAMIDS
I took this to mean Pyramids -2. The score was 1-0 Pyramids and the Pyramids scored 1 more goal.
I was told that "since Pyramids didn't score my bet was a loss". I tried to explain to them that there was a goal after I bet. Then I realized that the time my bet was accepted was 10:59 GMT-7. The match started at 07:00 GMT-7. That would mean my bet was accepted almost 4 hours after the match started.

After arguing with a supervisor that there was a goal scored after my bet, I realized I would not get through to these dummies even though the bet was supposedly accepted 4 hours after the match started. The dumb supervisor actually said they take bets ahead of matches, meaning futures bets. He wasn't smart enough to realize this bet was stamped with a time 4 hours after the match started.
So I'm not contesting the bet anymore. It's no worth my time for these people to be so stupid as to not know their own product or to lie about it.
I filled out a review of BetOnline from an email I received and another supervisor contacted me. I went to look at my ticket only to see it had been changed.

Notice how the ticket had been changed to the right time that I made the bet. This is evidence that BetOnline is changing tickets and can't be trusted. Why ever make a bet here when if you contest it they will change a ticket in their favor like they did here?

ive had some voided in my favor. Ive even had horse race wagers i made right as gates open voided and some in my favor some not..... its not a crock its just how it is with anything live even stateside books happens on occasion

live wagering every platform everyone has issues at times.......bottom line is they take big action AND they pay FAST and been trusted for years....live wagering disputes happen everywhere its just how it is sometimes illl wager live and it spins for 20 seconds sometimes accepts sometimes doesnt all my sites offshore and stateside....also have had bets voided when a TD or goal happens as i bet sometimes in my favor too.

NC scored on the first play after the bet was accepted however the play had not yet occurred at the time the wager was placed and accepted. Contacted customer service and waited 36 minutes before a live person responded. Escalated and denied with the the explanation it was "post placed". It wasn't. Posting this for informational purposes for anyone interested.

Puzzled why BOL enjoys such a vaunted reputation. Customer service is horrible, charge for withdrawls, limited wagering options. But they do pay and that is most important so there is that. Just think their gushing reviews are undeserved.
