Funny you guys mention that.. I've deposited probably 4 times at BAS over the last month or so and always had it credited pretty quickly, within 15 min or so.

Just the other day I made a deposit and it took about an hour to credit.

I always send with the highest fees, so idk what that was about.

Hi just wanted to share this unpleasant situation with a 3k check I requested on 9/29/20 and has yet to be delivered ultimately I don't believe it will so be careful with BAS, currently I have 19k in my account if the check is lost or whatever bs they might make up I'm gonna end up taking all my funds out via btc. I'm not hating on them I actually hope I'm wrong just sharing my experience if it is delivered like they promise tomorrow I will let you guys know.

It's not normal. As mentioned in another thread, their automatic account crediting process is broken, so they're doing it by hand. Not sure if it's fixed yet. I had to contact them after watching 7 confirmations, and they credited my account 10 minutes later.

Yes this was part of the free payment, I will post by 7 pacific time as this would be the last drop off time by FedEx in my area, I'm not holding my breath though, customer service for BAS is sub par, I'm fluent in English and Spanish and when I spoke to them they didn't ease my concerns about my check not arriving today.

I get that your concerned, but it's not uncommon for a check to take 2 weeks to arrive. Being that you're on day 10 right now, I think there's a good chance it will arrive by next week. Keep us updated.

Being honest I am used to 5dimes and checks arriving quick, obviously 5dimes and BAS aren't the same company so I have to keep that in mind. Check didn't arrive today.

BAS has changed my teaser odds that I initially had when transferring over from 5Dimes. When I asked why, they simply said management decision, and that they can do so whenever they want, and they don't have to explain why. They have also eliminated the daily betting contest.

Up a few $$$ in teasers(about $150), and about even overall. since I transferred over They certainly didn't change the odds because I'm killing them. I suspect just a general adjustment of 5Dimes players that came over. But since they refused to tell me the reason, I'm just guessing.

For some reason there is no direct option on the mobile site for dynamic lines. So log in on mobile, then at the top switch to desktop (in between continue and deposit), then click dynamic lines on the top left (it says bas, dynamic lines, straight and rif, parlay...etc) it will automatically open in new tab, then you can go back to original tab and click back to the mobile site if you'd like. Boom, now you have dynamic lines on mobile! Kind of a pain, but at least you can use it on your phone!

Nope, just submit it on the online cashier. No email or phone call bs. Plus if you only use btc to deposit and cash out, there is no kyc or anything! My experience so far which is 3 or 4 payouts can't remember but if my memory serves me correctly I got them all within btwn 20 and 35 hours!

No way. Teaser payoffs are much worse for nfl. They got rid of the betting streak contest. They changed all the reward programs which negatively affect the player. The casino is tight as hell. Super tight. Chat mostly seems slow and incompetent. Get different answers from different ppl. Maybe the withdrawal process is the only thing. I'm sticking with heritage although I was comparing props on the mnf game yesterday and bas had way more props. Way more live options too. And I really don't like heritage's layout tho it's not terrible.

I wish the govt would just get with the fkng program and give me betrivers and fan duel in louisiana..

The teaser lines are trash too. They inflate their lines with added juice. The teasers are then based off those super higher inflated lines. Really piss poor juice too. Reduce juice is okay, but really not that much of a difference from major reputable books.

Withdrawals are usually requested over the phone or via email. Over the phone is meh, some of them were really hard to understand. Not comfortable sending personal information over email that can get hacked.

Overall a decent book, but definitely not top tier, IMHO.
