      Thanks bballs84.

Good night SBR. Long day of work tomorrow. I may only be able to make it into the gym tomorrow for a very short time.
My family is headed to the casino tomorrow and I just got my first paycheck from my job. Time to blow it!
I will probably weigh in Friday or Saturday.

So you rather go blow your money than have a long workout....

With that attitude you will never lose weight.... Man up hommes...

it's ok if he take's it off 20lbs at a time, aiming for a big target like 100lbs can sometime's be too daunting and probably why so many people fail. i did like your hooker comment tho

@ CreaturE - im with you bro, didnt manage to make a video but will keep you posted.

I will be doing a weigh in about ever 5-6 days. I don't want to weigh myself too often in case it isn't working exactly as planned I don't want to get discouraged.
Saturday or Sunday will probably be the best for me.

As a side note for all you people who said don't start off running too much I have to say you were right. I may have pulled a muscle in my left thigh, however, this isn't going to stop me. I won't be running today, maybe even tomorrow. I will be eating insanely healthy and taking a long walk though.
This is really tough and discouraging for me. It sucks having been in such good shape and now being in such shtty shape. I can't believe after only running 3 miles on an elliptical that I pulled a muscle. As discouraging as it may be, I will continue to pursue my goal for myself and all the supporters of this thread.

                              Thanks again guys.

                                Today's food agenda:
                                Breakfast: Cheerios and skim milk
Lunch: 1. Turkey sandwich on whole wheat with brown mustard 2. An orange 3. 5-6 strawberries 4. A handful of almonds
Dinner: (this is going to be a challenge seeing as how we are going to a buffet at the casino)
I will post photos as to what I eat at the buffet.

You can always raise it up to 2500. What will happen over time is your metabolism is going to increase big time. The key is to never feel full as hell. Just to be content. Trust me your body will adapt. I did this diet and lost 40-45lbs. Now I do it twice a year for 1 month to lvl off the weight that I gained when I eat like a pig the rest of the year...

If you can get through the first week. It will get easier every week. Also drink alot of water this helps keep you full.

You'll initially drop weight quickly. When you hit a plateau that's the time to mix things up. Family members of mine that need to lose weight miss this all the time. Be disciplined and consistent with it and it will lead to other activities that you'll be in better shape to succeed with.

So you will lose weight but you still will have alot of blubber.
King you have no fukin brain about anything do you, fuk I woulda thought bein a supposed Marine you would know more about proper diet

Eating lots of proteins, fruits and vegetables is ideal for gaining muscle and losing fat which is exactly what this guy is eating for breakfast and lunch. Also the main goal at his weight is just to start eating healthy and start a normal exercise routine to get fit, not to try to become a professional weightlifter

Get a clue bro, get off the roids and quit tellin ppl that an obviously healthy diet will make them fat and cost them muscle, ridiculous.

This porker's problem is not breakfast or lunch its that destructive dinner that hes about to gorge himself to death on and destroy any benefit he created for himself earlier in the day, I guarantee ya he will "make up" for his healthy breakfast and lunch by cleaning off 3 plates of fried chicken, cake and whatever else garbage they give ppl in casinos to make up for takin all their money.

OP needs to have a steak for dinner and throw in some vegetables and fruit and down it with as much water as he likes, he wont do this of course which is why hes 300 pounds to begin with but that would be the solution.

                                                    BOL buddy!

I'm starting myself to lose some weight!

                                                    I remember when I was like 17-19 my weight was 150 and I'm 1.73 m It's 5'8'' I think. It was almost about right!

I wanted to be 165 cause I was kind of skinny!

Then when I started working I started eating lot of things and now that I'm 25 I weight 210. I still look good but I feel that I have some extra weight!

I want to go down to around 170 cause I think that would be a good point I wont be to skinny (girls don't like when a guy is skinny) but also wont lose to much weight so I would look solid (girls like that )

I started a diet like 2 monts ago I was doing well and I was feeling better eating less and just what I needed not to be fulled and just to feel comfortable! Then I have some problems and I dropped, but now here is the Summer coming and I want to lose weight for my health and cause I thinks that's better.

So I'm starting next week my new routine. This weekend I'll buy a weight to be monitoring my progress and will buy some healthy food.

I hope in 2-3 months I will be in the 170-175 and with the excercise to be in good shape!

SO BOL to you also in your routine!

Nah, I actually did really well at the buffet. I started off with a plate of fruit. I then proceeded to cooked, cold shrimp with a little cocktail sauce. I only had about 5. I had small plate of noodles with grilled chicken and marinara sauce as a main meal. I then had more fruit for dessert.
Just because I'm fat doesn't mean I have zero self control. I may have had very low self control before, but I am completely serious about this weight loss now.
But all your comments are helping me to think that I really wanna prove some of you bastards wrong now. So I thank you for that.

I'm looking forward to my weigh in on Saturday/Sunday just to show you guys I'm truly willing to do this.

Now, as per how I did at the casino.
                                                        I put $20 in.
I nailed a minor jackpot on a 2 cent machine and it paid out $260.
I am super happy about that.
I played a little more after and got down to $180 which is still +$160, which may not sound like a lot to anyone of you guys, however, having only about $300 in my bank account, I'm super stoked!

You're kind of an idiot by the way. I was always a husky kid even while growing up. When I was 16-17 I was in incredible shape at 215 lbs. I was a competitor for state wrestling until I tore my ACL. The reason as to why I got up to 300 lbs is because I got so depressed after tearing my ACL right before getting into the tournament that I gave up everything. I stopped working out and just didn't do anything.

Ever heard of calories? You turning into a fat blob is the result of eating MANY more calories than you expend.

Unless you want to be a sumo wrestler you have got to get on a 2000-2500 calorie a day diet and at least start doing some form of exercise. You have a gym membership, so get your fuckin fat ass off the splinters that remain of the chair you sat down in and hop on the treadmill

That is the only reason as to why I said you were an idiot. But whatever, everyone has their own opinion on everything and I'm not one to try to change that.

I've lived my life this way for the last 4-5 years and haven't had too many complaints from myself. Now that I'm starting to become older and I've been having a lot more body aches I have realized I needed to start doing something.

The fuckin # of calories in a double quarter pounder with cheese combo is fukin staggering, there is absolutely no way to eat that shit and not gain weight outside of hitting the gym like a professional athlete
