Good luck guy. Just read up a lot. Tons of info out there and lots of different ways to go about losing weight. However, the common denominator with all the different successful weight loss progarms is hard work. Theres no way around it. Don't worry about the haters here, they'll fade soon enough. They just pop in and drop a few one liners and bounce. And best we'll see a photoshop or two from Excel. Poor guy could use a gym as well. Will be following this thread and expect to see results. I won't give you points like Opie cuz I ain't big time but if you have any questions feel free to ask.

#46Creature pal, you're trying to scam the wrong bunch of degens. Post a pic, in your boxer briefs holding a newspaper. This way we can also compare roosters. If I have a bigger rooster, I'm more likely to send points. However, if your rooster is as big as excels boyfriend, I may send a few to keep you at a distance. Pics of rooster with newspaper creature.

#55Yo Creature,
I noticed you have a wrestling shirt on in the photo? Did you once wrestle? If you did, you know the workouts that must be done in order to see results.Comment -

#56As for you guys that didn't/don't believe me, I have posted the first video in the first post of the thread! Check it out and stop your trolling.
By the way I feel like I'm whoring myself out for SBR points. It's kind of weird. It's gettin' me excited, however, in many ways to start changing my life and giving me a great incentive to continue forward! THANK YOU GUYS!
Yes BIGDAY I did wrestle. I was a state competitor as I posted above before I tore my ACL. I understand what must be done of myself to achieve the results. I just need motivation.Comment -

#60opie, I'd love to take that bet, even though that's pretty freakin' crazy...
However, I'm broke as a joke right now man. I suppose in a year I would have money, but I don't know if 140 lbs is going to be terribly realistic.
When I was in my wrestling shape (full muscle) at 215, I tried to drop down to the 189 lb weight class. I got down to about 194 and couldn't lose anymore.Comment -

I was just going off of the earlier posters weight figure. I believe you. Let's make the same bet at 195 lbs.
Make it happen. Deal?Comment -

#63I mean as per my last post I can't really see anything negative even if you guys didn't pay out. Dropping the 102.5 lbs would almost be payment enough for my body/mind/health in general. However, it's just kind of the principle of the fact, you know?Comment -
