I can't say anything that your facial expressions in that video didn't say already. You're killing it brother, and that is just awesome.

Hahaha, thanks for the smile Holt!
Thank you so much for the points man!
There is no goodbye Holt, definitely not. As I said in a previous post, and in the video, I will be continuing to keep this on a weekly basis. I cannot guarantee they will always be posted in the morning, but there will be a video every Wednesday.
It's kind of funny because Wednesday was always my weigh in day for wrestling and it's been 5 years since. It is bringing me back to the days when I was in the best shape of my life. There will be a new stage in my life soon, a better in-shape more healthy stage.

I am from Wisconsin, about 20 miles out of Milwaukee. I'd love to take you up on that Holt, if you're in the area!

Hey man. What you are doing is brave and admirable. I wanted to let you know that I have had a lot of coaches and trainers over the years and they all have told me the same thing. That loosing wieght has a lot more to do with your diet than it does exercise. Generally, they say it's about 80% diet and 20% working out. I just wanted to give you a heads up. I'll of course through points your way, as you drop the pounds. Goodluck.

Sweet job creature. You look really good pal. Its starting to show. I like what uncle opie said the other day "no food tastes as good as being thin feels" or something like that but i thought it was worth repeating. Hope you keep up the good work. Funny how you came here looking for motivation and now you are motivating others. Good job!

Creature, I just stumbled across this thread and read through the whole damn thing and watched every video! In the first video you seemed depressed..fast forward to today's video and you not only look better but your body language, facial expressions and tone of voice seem much more positive! You seem like a good guy and I'm happy for you! I think I will go play some racquetball this evening and exercise in your honor! I will keep an eye on this thread from now on and wish you the best of luck! Keep at the exercise and a healthy diet..treat yourself now and again but don't overindulge..everything in moderation my friend!

chem, as I said, I'm not going to be discontinuing it. And you are most certainly right, this SBR thread is a large reason as to why I kept on path so well. Also as I said before, I think in one of my videos, that if I feel like cheating I always think of "what are they SBR guys going to say if I don't make weight this week?" I found that out the hard way in week 3. I failed miserably. MISERABLY. I paid the price in gruesome remarks. The remarks are what kept me going though, kept me on path. They got me to dominate week 4 and show that if I truly want this, I can make it my biaatch!

I will be continuing with weekly updates as they were. The timing may be a little off, but they will always be on Wednesday at some point.
Dam creature you have found it. You cannot let us down!!! Just imagine how much weight u will lose 2 months from now with this kind of thinking. Can you say 40lb???? Do it man I have faith in you!!!

                          Creature, my brother......

What I bring you is tough love. I had the feeling you had the mental fortitude to be able to take it, and you've proven me right.

I don't know you either, pal.....but regardless of that, I am very proud of you. You seem like a good kid, and I like your attitude.

                          Well done, pal.

The key factor to losing weight is to AVOID SUGAR.

Drinking a can of soda stops the weight loss. The body burns sugar first before it burns fat.

Start the habit of drinking cold water. It may take time to adjust.

You can eat any food other than sugar based foods, you have to exercise to make it work.

You should also avoid diet sodas.

Hey, I forgot to pass on a tip that helped me drop a few pounds easily. And that is switching from white bread to 100% whole wheat. I noticed in your video that you were eating a sandwich with white bread, and you might not like the taste of wheat bread at first, but neither did I. But, I believe all food that we eat and like, are tastes that we have acquired. And, the more that you eat healthy, the more you'll crave healthy food. That's what happened to me. Now I crave 100% whole wheat bread. After all, white bread is just a complex sugar. And, one more thing, wheat bread is not the same as 100% whole wheat, and 100% whole grain is not the same as 100% whole wheat. And, by the way, you can get any bread products in 100% whole wheat, from hamburger buns, to waffles, to bagels, just look in your grocery store for them. It's an easy way to drop a lot of weight without doing any work.

Did you just change the switch on the bottom of the scale to "balance it" so you would be lighter?

I'm going on a 2 month healthy eating and working out plan. I want to drop from 240 to 200 during that time. Lets see what happens.

no diet for me but rest of family very fat, son is over 500 lbs and wife & daughter quite big. My mother was a big woman and diet most of her life. Losing weight is very hard and I can understand the importance of an incentive. Points mean nothing to me and happy that I no longer have to search to dispose of them. I am an extremely good poker player and points come easily. Creature is a cool kid whom is very solid in more ways then one and very worthy of the points that so many are sending him. I don't mean to interfere so I overlook the feeling. Creature seem very happy in his last video which makes me the same. He has alot of new friends here and most are quite cool. This is the best thread here and that is why so many come. When Creature gets to where he wants to be we will party.

I'm kidding. I hope you keep it up!

I'm going on a 2 month healthy eating and working out plan. I want to drop from 240 to 200 during that time. Lets see what happens.
                                                      Day one: 241
You know, I can't believe anyone hadn't said anything about this sooner!

To be honest, like I said I would be completely honest with everyone from the start, on the fourth of July week weigh in... I looked for that switch.
Fortunately for myself, there isn't one on that particular scale!!!
I was SO ANGRY at the time because I was going to let everyone down, but in all reality, the only person I truly would have let down is myself.

I will keep on my path and hope to lose another ~10 this month with you! I hope we can make our goals!
Please keep me updated on your progress at least once a week.

I can't believe how catchy this has become. I didn't expect anywhere near this turn out!
I'm so glad that so many people are becoming motivated to lose weight, as I am right now.
It is an INCREDIBLE feeling, mentally and physically, that weight loss provides. I can't see myself anywhere else right now.
This is SO addicting, I just want to lose another 20, and another, until I'm down to a very healthy weight!

Hopefully by next SBR bash, I have some money to get there and I can PERSONALLY show you guys the results of this incredible thing we all have started!

                                                      Everyone have an amazing day!

Also just as an update, I'm going for 2 straight weeks with absolutely not one drop of alcohol.
Is anyone else going to join me, especially the dieters!?

Creature, I feel it is my civic duty to drink the amount of alcohol that you are not drinking. We do not want to mess up the supply and demand, so I need to step it up to pull your slack. Don't fukk me here creature, if I get blind drunk only to find out you didn't lose a pound over the weekend, I am going to get piss drunk again. don't make me do this.
BTW I haven't caught up since the last time I posted in here, how is the mission doing so far?

I can actually think straight now, and I am in the process of starting my own website. When i was drunk the only thing I did was go to work and go to the bar. I was a bartender at a casino for over 3 years, so I have a lot of drinking behind me.
