Go hard or go the fukk home is my attitude...Used to compete in athletic level BB comps so if u ever need pointers let me know...I know more about taking physical pain than most here i can assure you...
Mayan, when u start rolling metal bars with 200lbs attached up and down ur bare shins and kick/punch tree trunks with force on the regular to harden them up then we will talk....Mayan u benchin 350 yet or what?

I usually don't bench press, and I don't count the weight, I bodybuild. I worry about the stretch and contraction, not the weight.

Athletic bb is a class of body building competition...Basically for the guys that are natural...Mayan u havent been doing this too long have u? Its cool, im not here to judge...
Mayan u will never achieve ur full potential bodybuilding wise if u dont bench press, squats and leg press..The big 3 that will slam on weight

Bench press is for pussies.. I dumbbell press, squat, deadlift, barbell rows,etc.. Man shit. And like I said I bodybuild I don't powerlift.

I am a believer that bench press is essential, no matter what your goals are. I think everybody, men, women should be doing the big 3, just vary the # of reps and weight of course.

I know there are many who disagree with how good the big 3 are, but to each his own, every body adapts differently.
