#324Not sure where we are at but believe 6lbs is the lost with another weigh in coming Wednesday. Sending 60 and will be able to stay current now. Never read your PM or responses posted in thread but might one day. Let me know if I owe more and will boost to 25 at 40 pounds being retro. Hang in there and don't fret or flutter.Comment -

#332Thanks AS32. I appreciate it greatly.
COYLO, this is a message for you and the rest of the people following that are trying to lose weight/kill a nasty habit. Before you're going to eat your breakfast/lunch/dinner pop on here and read a few of the beginning posts from some of the trolls. Think about how badly you want to beat that person's ass. Obviously, you don't have to do it physically, but you can do it mentally by beating your challenges. In most of our cases here in this thread, beating them mentally by showing them we are strong individuals and can do what we set our mind too is more powerful than punchin' them in the jaw. It's what I do every day that I am here at work. I only get to go on the computer once, while I'm eating lunch, and it's all I need.
Everyone that is on path with me I hope all is well. Things are going great over on this side of the monitor. I am starting to become a happier person physically and mentally.
I also did something this past weekend that I never thought I'd see myself doing.
Two of my best friends (guy and girl) got engaged the last week. They wanted to go out drinking on Saturday to celebrate. I was a bit nervous to go out because the guy doesn't drink too often and usually is our DD. That being said, someone had cut the brakes on my mind saying, oh perfect opportunity to drink your face off. When we got there, I ordered like I usually would, a round of shots for my two best friends, myself, and a whiskey and coke. We all took those first shots and we were feeling on top of the world.
I took a few sips of my drink and said to myself, what the fukk are you doing? Drinking these empty calories is going to make the trolls under the SBR bridge happy. Why would you possibly want to do that? You've done so fukkin' well so far, keep on the straight path buddy!
I drank water the rest of the night and was completely satisfied.
I'm not making this sh1t up just to make any of you guys happy. If you look back and think about the original post, this is an INSANELY selfish thread/idea. That was mass of my original goal. It's been 13 days and I now have a new goal. Not only to make myself happy, but to be truthful in everything I post on this thread. Most importantly, be truthful to myself.
Guys, I'm really looking forward to the weigh in tomorrow whether I lost weight or stayed the same. I am starting to become who I want to be, and as for right now, that is satisfaction enough for me.
Thanks to everyone that is still continuing to support me and the others on this thread. Your few kind words of advice, praise, or even your dirty trolling are going a long way; at least they are for me.
I hope everyone has a fantastic day.Comment -

#334Here is the one link that could help you a bit.
Don't give up. Never ever. Ignore the negativity and bad people. They are worthless.
You can make this shitt, it's your body and you can do whatever you want with it. Get yourself together for fcuks sake.
Here is how I lost my weight: (well, 10 kg, but that is all I wanted)
DO NOT EAT AFTER 6:00 PM.
If you are smart and have strong will you will lose weight by listening my advice.
Seriously, don't eat after six. It all goes to your belly and ass. Useless food.
Also, exercise. One day make 1 pushup (or maybe run 100 meters), next day 2(00) and so on. Make the steps.
It's gonna take will, yes, but if you really want to lose weight will and motivation should not be a problem.
Good luck dude, go get those foocking kilograms.

#337Thank you very much tenbas.
I'm unsure about your don't eat after 6pm thing however. I've heard both ways, don't eat after 8 (what I've usually heard) or it's better to eat after 8 and make sure you're not going long periods of time without eating.
I don't fully understand the human body, therefore, I do not know which is the proper way. I'm going to stick with eating my dinner at ~5-6 and not eating after. Just TONS of water between 6-12:00/1:00 when I go to bed.
I appreciate your input! Thanks again.
The 289.5 mark would put me at 5lbs/week. That would be spectacular! I really hope that's where I'm sitting chem.Comment -

#349Hey guys! It's not exactly what I wanted, after seeing the results from last week, but it's still very good.
I lost 3.5lbs this week!
After two weeks I've lost 9.5lbs!!!
Hard work and eating right can go a long way after all.

#350awesome job man. couple questions...
-do you feel like you went at it harder that first week? like, did you 'cheat' once or twice more this week than last? i'm not implying you did, but don't start to use the word 'plateau' as an excuse.
-time to start adding in exercise? even if it's just a walk around the block to start, i can't remember if you said you were also exercising or just watching what you eat.
hopefully by now you're starting to get into a routine in terms of food and eating and what not. just don't start to get too comfortable.
but hey, 2 weeks, 10 pounds. that's gotta be making you feel good about yourself.pick up a 10lb weight and feel how much that actually is, it's a lot. keep it rolling big guy...
