Kind of works both ways if you word it right.

How do you think it helps?

he is simply saying the same exact talking points as you are.

"if we were to allow these people to use all the legal options to fight deportation it would take 100 years" is one of the lines you should take note of.

he spends 5 minutes talking about a murder on supervised release and ranting about your same emotional issues, with the only point of that being to say it SHOULD be legal to ignore these peoples rights.

He agrees it is not legal to deport them... just saying it is emotionally satisfying to act that way.

Do you hear something different to that?

You can agree with that point of view all your like, but try not to delude yourself that it is legal, constitutional or fair to declare someone is an "illegal" without allowing them to argue against that claim in court. Whether that is annoying or not in these cases should be irrelevant.

Once you tell your govt its just fine to ignore the constitution, where do you turn when they railroad he wrong person you care about?

    1) Garcia was an illegal alien found by the Immigration Courts to be subject to removal from the United States.

    2) By the evidence presented it was determined that he was a member of MS-13. That finding was later upheld by the Bureau of Immigration Appeals.

What appeal are you referring to ?
    ___

    Absolutely...
Garcia is a declared terrorist and has exhausted
his right to any further appeals.

If the impossible were to happen and he was somehow returned to the U.S., he would immediately be returned to El Salvador.

According to American federal law Garcia is deposited in his rightful situation.

Again, reports and arguments to the contrary are erroneous.
    This case is then settled.

The market should control rates, but Volker did raise them to help drop inflation.

I don’t want to copy anything a hypocritical bitch loser like you does! LOL! Name some zombie corporations. You probably just heard Cenk or Sam use the term, and now you want to sound smart.

I didn’t say private ownership is fascism, it is allowed in fascism, like you’re saying there is in democratic socialism. The problem is that it was so regulated it was extremely difficult to open a business, like what will happen if you had your way. Joseph Smith, what a stupid hypocritical bitch!

Which they had in Brazil and they were poorer. You also said imperialism, which America had little of, and it was mainly after the Spanish-American War. Our colonies were tiny compared to empires of European countries, yet we were significantly wealthier, and the average American had a much higher standard of living than the average European.

No, I respond to your nonsensical rants you hear from Kyle and Thom.

Specifically where? I don’t contradict myself at all, you’re the one who hates colonization and imperialism but loves socialism, which is colonization and imperialism when it doesn’t cross boarders.

I've never been, but you worked around that stuff. Is the reason you hate rich people so much because they made you fight the homeless guys living by the docks for quarters?

No, but it’s your side that started the no Constitutional rights are absolute crap to erode our rights. They weren’t saying the Constitution is amendable, they’re saying your rights don’t apply in certain cases and the government can do anything. Welcome to the world you wanted me to live in, hypocritical bitch! LOL
Its not my system, I just live in it. I would rather not give people like you my money. LOL

    Yes, it is

So, you do want it both ways, but I'm the hypocrite. LOL

Well, you copy me all the time because you can't think for yourself. LOL There's a term for it, look it up jackass.

I never said that that's one of your Josh assumptions that you do all the time. More assumptions to justify your BS. You really have nothing else.

More assumptions on your part, Stupid. Stealing peoples land and wealth is imperialism. LOL

More like you try to twist the truth. LOL

LOL Shouldn't we all be against colonization and imperialism which can happen in any system.

I don't hate rich people, some of the people I did work for were great. Not greed is good, I don't want to pay my tax's, don't touch my stuff douche bags at all. LMAO

I don't have a side. I'm just pointing out how you were wrong and say stupid shit. LOL

The judge is a regional federal judge with no jurisdiction in

The criminal in question was pronounced a member of

Therefore he is declared a terrorist.

I mean, I didn't comment on this immediately because it seemed strange and I wanted to hear more. The MSM told us all that this was a mistake, he wasn't a gang member, he was a gay hairdresser and wasn't giving his due process. Turns out he was a gang member, was told by the courts years ago to leave the country, and the only mistake was some paperwork which had nothing to do whether or not he was going to be removed from the country. The president of El Salvador said there is no way he would send a terrorist to the United States. So this particular gang member isn't coming back, and no goofy partisan hack judge make anyone do it.

They disappeared a man without a single criminal charge who's lived and worked here for 15 years - who was alleged to be a member of a gang based in a state he never lived by one anonymous informant. No other evidence. No trial. No conviction. Nothing but a legal order that he not be deported to El Salvador, where he's now serving a life sentence.

The Supreme Court just ruled, without any noted dissent, that the government must facilitate the man's release. But Trump and his dictator friend said no. They laughed. They mocked the journalist who asked whether they'd abide by the Court's order.

The Attorney General, the Secretary of State, and the White House Deputy Chief all lied about the facts of the case.

Then the President repeated his proposal to send American citizens to the dictator's prison, and asked him to build five more.

The same day we found out that the government knowingly disappeared a PhD student for nothing but an op-ed, a man's 19-year old son who agents admitted was the wrong kid, and a viza-holding Russian scientist at Harvard who forgot to declare frog embryos at the border.
