On the gas we are always at least .50 to .75 less than the national average.
Interesting...there is also some kind of egg shortage that I have seen info posted at the grocery stores the past week or 2?

Based on what you just posted, gas is up ~60% and eggs up anywhere between ~60-300% in your area since Trump's first term....

I not sure where you live, but gas prices are usually among the lowest in the nation here. They were never under $2 during Trumps 1st term. Eggs were never under a dollar either. Can you give me a link on that safest border ever.

What corporations did he bring back?

I hope he gets gas prices to way under $2. Here they are $2.39 now. Oops went up a dime $2.49 now.

I'm ready for those type of gas prices (well under $2) and 50% cheaper food at the store.

I wish him luck and success on those two fronts.

LOL, Half the country didn't live in poverty before Milei. A government surplus isn't always a good thing, it means he's cutting programs that help people. He's also cutting jobs and enriching himself. Just like America the next 4 years. Workers are making less money because the rich are running the country. It's not even capitalism its cronyism.

So quit lying and twisting words saying you care about people. You care about rich people like you.

You are absolutely wrong about the rate. I'm all about tax breaks for corporations. You start out with about a 40% to 50% rate. Then you get breaks for things you do. You don't get them just because.

Put money in communities get a break. Hire employees get a break and so on. You don't get a break, and we hope you will do the right thing. Thats trickle down and it don't work. It didn't work in the 80's or any other time in our history.
again, the government and its civil servants take in more than enough in taxes to protect the citizens (both foreign and domestic) and take care of the needy. They government are addicted to spending. There is very little accountability and its super easy to spend other people's' money. I am sure if you and I can were paid a couple hundred grand with ton tons of perks, we could waste trillions of dollars over a given period of time. I know I could.

No reason the tax code should be over 70,000 pages. I am gonna go out on a limb and say you agree with me on that.

And yet there are people who still believe, to this day, that affirmative action and DEI aren't racist. What happened to these people?

    A
ffirmative action and DEI are the definition of racism. It's not just an opinion. They are literally judging human beings by the color of their skin. Imagine if a person of color applied to be a firefighter and was told it will take 7 years, while a White person could apply on Wednesday. How would that go over?

Hopefully this last election will continue to restoration of decency and common sense throughout the country, and others around the globe, and end this insanity once and for all.

The Democrats number one candidate is running things down there. AOC must be telling herself ''Burn baby Burn'' as she moves up in the rankings as a candidate. Yup, there comes a point where you just cannot lie and hide your hypocrisy.

Former "Dancing with the Stars" professional dancer Valentin Chmerkovskiy aired grievances on social media Wednesday, writing, "5th largest economy on the planet. Firefighters didn't have enough water pressure to do their jobs?! Are you joking me?! The taxes we pay for 3rd world infrastructure is unbelievable?! Come on."

Sara Foster wrote on X, We pay the highest taxes in California. Our fire hydrants were empty. Our vegetation was overgrown, brush not cleared. Our reservoirs were emptied by our governor because tribal leaders wanted to save fish. Our fire department budget was cut by our mayor.
