Yeah, I can read a single line graph....... as long as we're being condescending, your dumb ass apparently can't read "99 percent surviaval rate".....

letting it rip, worst case, was predicted to be 2.2 million deaths... worst case!!!!!!!!!! DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS????

CAN YOU DIVIDE 2.2 BY 330???? DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT PERCENTAGE GIVES YOU????

I don't bet dumbasses who obviously can't grasp this simple concepts, as no way you'd be able to figure out how to send me the winnings.....

making a dumbass unenforceable air bet with you proves nothing.... in the end, the numbers will be what they are, inflated or otherwise.... I notice you ignore the fact that all other deaths are down nationwide (illness related), as obviously this reduction is being erroneously attributed to cv........ is that in your graph? no?

do you have any clue how to adjust your graph? NO....

DO you know what you should do with your graph? NO......

Since you don't have a clue, I"ll give you a hint....... stick your fukkin graph up your arrogant, condescending ass, as you truly don't have a fukkin' clue, dumbass.....
2.2 million deaths... that's A LOT! But again... those are projections not data. Data will ALWAYS be more accurate than projections.

2.2 divided 330 is less than 1% which I believe is the point you are trying to make here. Again... these are projections/predictions. They may or may not be right. If someone told you that the Oakland A's would win 102 games next year... you can't just pretend that it is now reality because a model predicted it. It could still be WAY off and likely is.

Let's consider the DATA we have right now. 557,663 cases in the U.S. and 22,116 deaths which is double the number of deaths we had just 1 week ago today. That's a nearly 4% death rate so far. But we don't have any idea how many people have been infected without symptoms so... we can only assume that the actual death percentages will be much lower than this. Now, I'm willing to believe that the actual death rate WILL be much lower... but the truth is we just don't know right now.

In less than 1 month there have been over a half of million people infected by Covid-19 in the U.S. The current pace is roughly 30K(this number could go higher or lower in the months to come) new cases a day. At this current pace... even with an extremely optimistic death rate of only 1%(current death rate is 4% 22K/550K=4%) it would STILL be around 100K deaths by the end of the year.

There are hundreds of other variables that we just don't know right now. What we do know is... 11K deaths in the U.S. just last week. There are roughly 38 weeks left in 2020... if we continue to average more than 10K deaths per week that's going to be FAR more than 100K deaths.

Btw, are you REALLY a lawyer? Is this how you talk in the courtroom? I'm just trying to imagine the type of person that would hire you.

      good analysis of the numbers.....

my shtick on sbr isn't the way I address clients/court (excluding close friend clients who know me).... sbr is akin to a lockerroom.....

sure, I'd love to tell a few judges (Julia Maldonado in the 507th d.c. here in htown is one, for example) to "suck my nuts" or to "stick that f'n order up your f'n ass sideways, YOUR HONOR"..... most lawyers would in some instances, but obviously we don't.....

tho texas lawyers do have a certain flair, particularly in depositions....

those dumbass t-sips over in austin even named their goddam football complex that houses their stadium after the prick on the right in this video......

Some never even closed. Business as usual most places outside of the libtarded areas. NYC doesn't represent the whole of the USA very well. NYC and NJ are a fukkin joke and a disgrace to our otherwise great nation.

Red states for the most part will re-open before blue states, because the majority of deaths and cases are in the blue states. Blue states are shitholes anyway so who cares.

You are probably right that Red states will re-open before the Blue states. If you want to see which states will be hit the hardest in the next few weeks all you have to do is see which states are doing the worst with social distancing right NOW. The entire deep south is currently getting the worst social distancing grades. They are virtually all Red states. I predict that in the weeks to come... it's these deep south Red states that are going to be hit the hardest. You can see it happening already and I have a feeling it's going to get worse.

Btw, I live in a Blue state and we have fewer cases than all of the deep south Red states. Even the ones that have far fewer people than we do.

Most of the deep south red states you reference also have the highest proportion of blacks of all states. MS, LA, AL, GA, SC. We already know that in northern hotbeds like NYC, Chicago, Detroit that blacks are being hospitalized and dying at disproportionate rates. 70% of Covid related deaths in Chicago and Detroit are blacks. I wouldn't be surprised if your prediction comes true. If it does it will have more to do with the disproportionate per capita blacks in the south compared to the rest of the states, than politics. Chicago and Detroit have hardcore restrictions compared to other parts of the country and yet they're still hotbeds and blacks are dying at astronomical rates. Blacks will die in high numbers regardless of how hardcore the restrictions are. We're already seeing this in the northern hotbeds.

Which blue state do you live in with low number of Covid deaths? Is it VT, ME, CO, OR or some other predominantly white and rural state?

Some red states have very few, if any restrictions in places. Especially compared to the states in the East and NE. For example, I live in a red state and I can still go golfing in a golf cart. My cousin lives in a blue state and he said all golf courses are closed there as well as parks. Yet my red state has few deaths compared to his blue state with draconian restrictions. Closing parks and golf courses is taking it too far. Especially when other more prominent vectors like city buses and quick marts remain open. It's just stupid. Libtard logic 101.

                      False.

Your analysis is terribly flawed, but I can't be bothered to explain it to you.

Enjoy your blue state, and please stay there until this blows over.

Point taken. I live in the Twin Cities area in Minnesota. There ARE a lot of rural areas in MN but the majority of the people in MN live in the Twin Cities area. For the number of people that live in this area... the number of cases we have so far is remarkably low. But it is true... we have a very low black population in this state as a whole.

I was talking to a friend about this the other day why the percentage of cases in blacks is so much higher than whites vs what it would be by chance. Now... what we'll hear on CNN and other networks is that it's because of healthcare. And I'm sure that has a lot to do with it. But an important variable that I think is being overlooked is cultural differences between blacks and whites. They most definitely exist. I lived in Atlanta for 15 years and I've lived in MN even longer overall. The culturally differences between your average black man in Atlanta vs your average white man in MN are fairly large in my opinion.

Now... I'm not saying it's every single individual but if you take your average black man in Atlanta and you had to rate his overall level of confidence vs your average white man in MN.... in general the black men in Atlanta tend to be more confident. If you had to rate caution... the white men in MN are generally more cautious. This is all personal observation mind you. The point I am trying to make here is... it's the people who think they are INVINCIBLE that will be hit the hardest with this thing. Minnesotan's as a whole seem relatively cautious in my mind compared to many other states and I think that has a lot to do with why our numbers are so low.

The places where people are not cautious... whether it be very religious areas such as the deep south... or just people in general that still believe it's a "HOAX"... these are the people that will be hit the hardest. For the black population in general... I think some of them are just starting to realize that they are not invincible. Some religious leaders and followers are starting to realize the same thing. Regardless of whatever culture a person may identify with... whether it be religion, race, or politics... it's the ones that think they are invincible that are going to have the biggest problems.

I wonder where all this concern about african americans was when we had the ethnic cleansing of new orleans a little over a decade and a half ago. katrina had a severely disproportionate kill rate on blacks, as the poor black wards were hurt the worst by the flooding.... st charles ave did not have flooding/death..... 100,000 blacks swooped into htown and dallas and immediately shot our respective crime rates up......

guess the left wasn't planning a "paint bush as a racist" narrative as they apparently are with this cv-19 bullshit..... and, generally speaking, the left hadn't lost its fukkin' collective mind back in 2004, and wasn't suffering from an extreme TDS that causes it to try and politicize every goddam issue that arises in this country......

it won't be about the actual body counts

it will be about infection rates in key industries

red states house most of the very big warehouse/factory/industrial work sites that are left in the country.

As we saw in South Dakota and other rural areas. Big Meat packing plants suffered large outbreaks and they shut down

until now a dead person or 1000 dead people in NYC had zero effect on my life

now people get infected in Bum penetrate Arkansas or Iowa or Idaho can disrupt my ability to buy the foods I want.

no one really cares about deaths, its about keeping the country running smooth and not letting more key and crucial industries collapse, such as health care, first responders, Food distribution

Notice how it was supposedly about "flatten the curve," once that was accomplished (yes, we won) now they can't seem to let go of the power trip? More false advertisting. This was, is, and always has been about central power/planners and egomaniacal leaders. We already know the CFR cannot possibly be high because if it were, hundreds of thousands of even New Yorkers would be dead, and ... they aren't. One size fits all is only a policy for those who want a communist America. Notice how UBI is now mentioned by more politicians. This is clearly about control, always was, we have dozens of examples and they are seeing if they can get it to stick, beyond the dual strategy of trying to ruin the president even though Quid Pro Joe is an embarrassment.

Red states are the shitholes unless you own a business. Wages are embarrassing. Most Red States are like 3rd world countries.

He’s taking a hydrochlorquine shower trying to shake Covid. Those videos the other day were an eye opener. Just 2 weeks ago he was boozing and firing guns....the other day he looked like the crypt keeper. He will get more pussy with the mask on though.
