For the US, it shows like 11 existing cases and I don' think that when you add the existing and recovered cases that it reaches 57.

Spanish flu of 1918-1919 killed healthy young folks like like it was nothing.

My guess is they don't do it very efficent and more people die.

they expect it will go around the world, but that most people who get it will be a little sick, then recover.
