Another low IQ jackboot attempting to enforce his ego, feelings and opinions instead of the law that he swore an oath to uphold and protect. "My supervisor is coming over here and will probably tell you the same." Wrong. After several minutes of copsplaining and lies the pig's supervisor and another cop show up and set the ignorant pig straight on what is protected under the First Amendment and both inform him that the man's signs are protected free speech.

Cop Arrested After Video Caught Him Dragging Chained Dog Down the Road at 50MPH

Apache Junction, AZ — Anyone who has ever taken a shallow dive into the world of police brutality and excessive force has likely heard of the Mesa Police Department. This department has a history of killing innocent fathers, beating up grandmothers and doling out police brutality in general, to anyone they wish — up to and including killing a person in the midst of a seizure. Now, this infamous department is in the news once more after one of their officers was captured on video, dragging a dog behind his truck.

Mesa Police officer Spencer Allen was arrested this week after police said several witnesses and surveillance footage captured him dragging his dog down the road while it was chained to his truck. He has been charged with animal cruelty.

In the study of psychology, there is a term for those who hurt animals for personal pleasure. It is called intentional animal torture and cruelty and even has its own initialism, IATC. Psychologists have long studied the reasons behind why a person would intentionally harm an animal and the types of people associated with this behavior are often society’s worst. So, when a cop is seen dragging a dog behind a truck, it is probably not a very good idea for that guy to be a cop.

According to police, multiple witnesses saw Allen dragging the dog down the road and attempted to flag him down to stop him. However, according to witnesses, Allen kept speeding down the road — dog chained to his bumper.

One of the witnesses to the horrific torture recalled the day he watched it unfold. Delivery driver Eric Read told FOX 10 news that he was shocked to see the medium-sized dog being dragged behind the pickup truck by a chain.

“What sticks out in my mind is the chain wrapped around the dog’s neck and the dog was trying to stop, sitting down with the paws right in front of him,” Read said.

After seeing the abuse, Read made a U-turn to try to stop the monster but was unsuccessful as Allen reportedly sped off.

“Once he hit Baseline, taking off the way that he did, zero to 50 in about three seconds,” Read told them.

Though he was gravely injured, the dog didn’t immediately die and after being dragged down the street. Apache Junction Police said Allen took the dog to a shelter. When he arrived at the shelter, Allen claimed that the dog wasn’t his and he found it on the road side and said it had been hit by car. Not only did he torture a dog by dragging it behind his truck but after he did so, he claimed to be a good Samaritan helping out.

“He stated that he had found the dog on the side of the road, he was being a good Samaritan, but that wasn’t the case,” Apache Junction Animal Control officer Casey Sheahan told FOX 10.

When examining the dog, the vet noted that the dog’s injuries were not consistent with being struck by a vehicle.

“The dog had lost a lot of skin across all of its body. I believe it also had a puncture to the lung,” Sheahan said.

The vet also told police that the dog seemed familiar with Allen and before Allen left the vet, he signed a document, claiming that he wasn’t involved in the dog’s injuries. However, when police discovered the video, they realized this was a lie, and Allen eventually admitted it was his dog named Cosmo. Because he lied, Allen was also charged with forgery and falsifying a police report.

After the investigation was launched in April of this year, Allen quietly resigned in May and his arrest wasn’t announced until this week.

“I was sick to my stomach because I had just witnessed a dog being dragged behind a truck and it’s just one of those things that it infuriates you, that someone would actually do that,” Read said.

                  We agree.

This is the body camera video from Sergeant Hemminger of the Port Wentworth Police Department regarding my unlawful arrest. This body camera video gives us a unique opportunity to hear what was said between City Of Port Wentworth staff and Sergeant Hemminger. It is truly an outrage.

The arrestee was filming police activity on public property.

The chief of police in Corunna, Michigan, has been fired after video footage showed him arresting a man who was recording on public property. The police chief told the man that he doesn’t “give a f*¢k” about his rights.

Matthew Wrosch was recording outside in a field where a suicidal man was threatening to jump from a tower on Friday.

At the start of a live-streamed video Wrosch later saved on YouTube, two police officers approach him and ask him what he’s doing.

“First Amendment protected activity,” the man says. “Unless you got it taped off, I can be here.”

The officers explain they are trying to avoid the man getting agitated and falling before they can talk him down. When Wrosch asks for their names and badge numbers, they comply, and he offers to move farther back to ensure he is out of their way.

“Just because a person’s life hangs in the balance here, I decided that I would move back by these big electric poles so that I’m not as noticeable to the guy,” Wrosch tells his viewers. “I do not want to be the reason he decides to jump, that’s for sure.”

Later, Police Chief Nick Chiros approaches Wrosch solo, and the situation escalates. “Hey you, I need you to get out of here,” Chiros says. Wrosch declines and informs Chiros that he’s protected under the First Amendment.

Chiros repeatedly tells him to get out and appears to grab Wrosch’s recording device before warning that he’ll arrest him if he doesn’t leave. Wrosch asks why he would be arrested, to which Chiros replies, “For interfering.”

After some additional back and forth, Chiros goes to arrest Wrosch, who doesn’t resist but does continue filming. “I guess I’m getting arrested, guys,” he says. “Everybody start bombing the Corunna police with phone calls because he’s illegally arresting me right now.”

In the remainder of the video, Chiros tries to figure out how to turn off Wrosch’s camera (which Wrosch warns him is also a violation of his rights). Chiros appears to dig through Wrosch’s pockets and tells him to “shut the hell up” when he protests. Chiros later throws the phone to the ground, where it continues to record.

“I don’t give a penetrate about your rights right now. I’m not politically correct. So shove that up your ass,” Chiros says. “So you’re going to jail. You’re gonna learn the hard way.”

“I’m not going to learn the hard way, you are,” Wrosch fires back.

“No, I’m not. F*¢k you,” Chiros says.

Wrosch was indeed taken to jail and processed before being released on Saturday morning. He later posted the video to YouTube and filmed himself protesting in front of City Hall.

The incident sparked outrage in the community and on social media, prompting the Corunna City Council to take action. The council voted unanimously 7-0 to fire Chiros, who had been police chief since 2015 and was planning to retire in January, Argus-Press reports.

Wrosch attempted to file a complaint against the two troopers who took him to jail and plans to file a civil suit against both them and Chiros.

Slidell Officer Donald Nunez Arrested for Perverted Acts with Child

Slidell Police officer Donald Nunez was arrested yesterday for a series of perverted acts involving a child under the age of 12. He is now charged with obscenity, voyeurism, and two counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile under the age of 12. The Slidell Police Department (SPD) has placed Nunez on unpaid administrative leave pending the outcome of an internal affairs investigation. He has been with the SPD since 1998.

SPD received a complaint two days ago and immediately requested assistance from the Louisiana Attorney General's Office due to the accused being one of their own. Not much is known as to the specifics of the case at this time. Slidell Police Chief Randy Fandal released a statement saying, "Disgusting, sickening and reprehensible are just a few words that come to mind. Police officers are held to a much higher standard and have the delicate job of maintaining the publics trust. When I was informed about this complaint yesterday, we did not waste any time stripping this officer of his badge and placing him under arrest. This is a black eye on us all."

In case you’ve been completely in the dark for the last decade, you’ve likely noticed that the United States is currently in the midst of an opioid crisis. This crisis knows no demographic, no race, no gender, no age limit, and no occupation—it hits them all. Due to the government-imposed lockdowns, 2020 marked the deadliest year in history for fatal drug overdoses with fentanyl claiming the lives of countless individuals.

Because the state enforces a drug war which outlaws far safer alternatives, fentanyl has grabbed a large portion of the illegal drug market and these synthetic opioids that are extremely dangerous are flooding the streets. Make no mistake, fentanyl is dangerous and kills people by the thousands but the government’s response to it is causing far more harm than good.

Instead of realizing the dangers brought on by enforcing a war on drugs which has led to the thriving illicit fentanyl market, much of law enforcement resorts to violence, fear tactics and propaganda to unsuccessfully scare people into compliance. A propaganda video released by the San Diego County’s Sheriff Department subsequently went viral doing this exact thing.

In the video, which garnered millions of views and whipped the pro-drug war crowd into a rabid frenzy, showed a San Diego Sheriff’s deputy allegedly overdosing on fentanyl. Did the deputy snort, inject, or otherwise ingest the substance? No he did not. Instead, the sheriff’s department would lead us to believe that he overdosed by merely coming in contact with the drug.

“He (Deputy David Faiivae) found a white substance that he suspected was drugs,” Cpl. Scott Crane said in the video. “I was like, ‘Hey dude, too close. You can’t get too close to it.’ And a couple seconds later, he took some steps back and collapsed.”

“I remember not feeling right, and then I fall back and I don’t remember anything after that,” Faiivae said in the video. “I was trying to gasp for breath, but I couldn’t breathe at all.”

“It’s an invisible killer,” said Crane. “He would have died in the parking lot if he was alone.”

Re-read what the officers claimed happened above and then consider that the mainstream media unquestioningly echoed this rubbish.

After the department put out the video, mainstream media outlets across the country ran with the headlines that claimed a deputy overdosed merely by being near fentanyl.

When ABC News ran with the headline, “Sheriff’s deputy overdoses after exposure to fentanyl during arrest,” did they bother to check with experts on the effects of fentanyl exposure? Nope. Instead, they ran cover for the drug war and pushed false information on unsuspecting readers, filling their heads with disinformation in the process. We are waiting for them to be fact-checked but won’t be holding our breath.

In reality, where the Free Thought Project chooses to live, it is not possible to overdose from coming in contact with the drug without actually ingesting it. It is not absorbed through the skin. After the video went viral, medical experts quickly weighed in and blew apart the myth but because they don’t have an audience like ABC News, the damage was already done.

As a result of being exposed by medical professionals, Gore was forced to admit that he, not a doctor, diagnosed the incident as an overdose; and no toxicology reports were performed. But this didn’t change much. Luckily, there are people out their dedicated exposing disinformation in science who are attempting to right this wrong.

Dr. Ryan Marino, MD Medical Toxicologist, Addiction Medicine Specialist and Emergency Physician Assistant Professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine was one of the physicians to point out that the drug war emperor had no clothes.

“Despite anecdotal reports from nonmedical sources about overdose from ‘exposure’ to fentanyl, it is not possible to overdose on fentanyl or fentanyl analogues through accidental skin contact or from close proximity alone. Fentanyl and fentanyl analogues do not readily cross the skin barrier and do not aerosolize well. The only way to overdose on these substances is from injecting, snorting, or otherwise ingesting them, or in the case of the fentanyl patch, from mixing with an absorbable solvent and applying very large quantities for very long durations of time,” he said.

“This misinformation not only hinders appropriate responses to people who use drugs and resuscitations of people experiencing true overdose, but also worsens the stigma faced by people with substance use disorders and has been used to increase criminalization of this already vulnerable group. The fear and worry generated by these reports, too, is likely causing the symptoms of anxiety and panic that people are experiencing in these events.”

Sadly, even though more and more people are realizing that prohibition has only served to worsen America’s drug problem, the police state appears to be the only answer from government. When watching the video above and realizing that these people may actually believe the horse manure coming from their mouths, it is no surprise that this public health crisis continues to be “treated” with the barrel of a gun.

‘You’re Good. This Didn’t Happen’: Cop Found Passed Out in Traffic Allowed to Drive Away

Seminole County, FL — On July 8, 2021, fire fighters and deputies responded to multiple calls about a driver who was passed out in the middle of the road with his foot on the brake and the car in drive. Instead of a field sobriety test, breathalyzer, or forced blood draw, the man found passed out behind the wheel was given a fist bump and allowed to go on his way. He was a 24-year-veteran captain with the Seminole County Sheriff’s office.

According to police, on that day, several drivers called 911 to report that Seminole County Sheriff’s Captain Kip Beacham was passed out in his SUV with his foot on the brake. When police showed up to the scene, they blocked him in to prevent his car from rolling forward and began banging on the window.

“He either ODed or asleep?” one deputy can be heard saying on the body camera.

For over a minute, emergency responders banged on Beacham’s window but he would not wake up. Finally, Beacham comes to and opens the door and his special privilege began immediately.

“Did you fall asleep? What happened?” one of the deputies asks.

But Beacham wasn’t going to answer his question. Alternatively , he immediately identifies himself as an officer and instead of arresting or giving him a field sobriety test, the responding deputies apologize.

In fact, as the video below shows, the people who called 911 were given more of an investigation than the passed out cop as deputies demanded to see the ID of the man who called 911.

“I’m a captain with the sheriff’s office,” says Beacham.

“Oh, oh sh*t, I’m sorry man,” the deputy says, as if waking up a person passed out in the middle of the road with their car in drive is somehow something you should apologize for doing.

As the medical personnel arrive and attempt to figure out what’s going on, the deputies send them away and allow Beacham to get back into his car. They don’t ask him any other questions, don’t administer a field sobriety test, nor do they administer a breathalyzer.

“You’re good, just leave. This didn’t happen,” a deputy can be heard saying as he walks away from the vehicle laughing.

After apologizing to the man who could have killed a family and covering up any possible investigation, the deputies fist bump Beacham as he is sent on his way.

When asked why no field sobriety test or breathalyzer was administered, the sheriff’s department called the situation “unique” and justified the captain’s special treatment.

“A sheriff’s office spokesperson said every situation is unique, and it is ultimately the deputy’s discretion based on training and experience,” the report stated. “The spokesperson went on to say that upon awakening, the driver showed ‘no signs of impairment or further concerns to deputies.’”

Because passing out with your foot on the brake in the middle of the road happens all the time to people who aren’t impaired, right?

None of the deputies involved filled out a report and no review of their conduct is underway. There are no plans to investigate Beacham any further.

Thanks to WFTV 9 reporter Karla Ray, we have the body camera footage of this incident which paints an infuriating picture of blue privilege and the special treatment given to cops — even when found passed out in the middle of the road.

‘Narcissistic’ Sheriff Took $75k from Taxpayers to Make a Bronze Statue of Himself

Escambia County, FL — Over the years, the Free Thought Project has reported on utterly asinine, brutal, insane, thieving, and murderous acts carried out by government officials from coast to coast. The list of bad politicians, police officers, and bureaucrats is as long as it is infuriating and mind-blowing. However, in all of the years we’ve been holding government accountable, we’ve never seen anything like this. In his last days in office, Escambia County Sheriff David Morgan took $75,000 from taxpayers to commission a statue — of himself.

According to a report from Pensacola News Journal, the now-former sheriff is in hot water after it was discovered that he used $75,000 in taxpayer funds to commission the statue of himself from a company out of New York. The statue, which was complete shows Morgan in his sheriff’s costume complete with his Air Force medals while he stands and salutes.

The current sheriff, Chip Simmons, referred to the debacle as a “brash narcissistic waste.”

“You don’t make a statue of yourself,” Simmons said Wednesday. “And you don’t use tax dollars to do it.”

The sheriff also commissioned a second statue of Escambia County Lt. Jason Potts, a K-9 handler, and his dog. Apparently the sheriff had an affinity for the Lt. and decided to make a statue of him as well.

Simmons told reporters that the statue will not see the light of day and is currently looking for a local place to melt it down to possibly turn it into a bench or at least something that can be used other than a living memorial to a narcissistic sheriff.

“As soon as I found the paperwork, I instructed (ECSO risk manager) Marcus Faulkner to call the company and see if they could cancel this,” Simmons said. “I instructed him to find out if the company could melt it down, make a bench out of it or if there was something that we could do with it.”

“They said, no and that they couldn’t cancel because it was already done,” Simmons explained.

The department originally thought they could possibly use the statues as generic memorials for fallen officers, but Morgan made sure to make that impossible as he had their names, “Potts” and “Morgan” inscribed on the chest plates.

Adding to the egregious act of using taxpayer dollars to commission a statue of himself and a friend, the sheriff lied about when it was ordered. Morgan told reporters that he ordered the statues two years ago as part as some memorial presentation but they were delayed due to covid. However, the News Journal obtained the original ordering documents and found that this was a lie.

Morgan’s handwritten signature appears on a document specifying the terms of the deal with Randolph Rose Collection Design Studio for the statues. Directly next to his signature, Morgan handwrote the date “4/20/2020” and the words, “Good to go!”

When confronted about the issue, the sheriff stood by his decision and claimed that he commissioned the statue of himself for the citizens and fellow officers.

“I was the sheriff at the time,” Morgan told the News Journal. “I think people may be wanting to make more of this than it really is. It’s just a statue of me saluting the men and women of the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office and the first responders that died on active duty. It’s that simple.”

                                                    Sure thing sheriff.

Though the sheriff used taxpayer money to have the statues created, there are no plans in the works to have him pay it back or to be held accountable for taking it.
