Saw where the police chief 'incited a riot' simply because he tried to march with the protestors last night? Damn...first they criticize him for not interacting with the community so he tries to do so, after the violence has passed and settled....and they riot. He tried to give an apology by video, now he's being criticized by the black attorneys because he did so in a polo shirt and not in official police uniform...they wanted him to be less intimidating before and not look like 'the popo' so he does just that...and they still aren't happy.

The looters and the trouble makers prob don't even know the kids name that got killed.

Ought to see the live streams and Twitter # - they are saying the cop shot himself in the arm after he murdered a black guy....then they said Ron Johnson is out threatening people (the black highway patrol captain)...protestors saying all sorts of craziness yet its being reported only the cop was shot on scene and possibly suspect shot outside the Dollar Store...thats where the 911 call came from but they said the police scanner said 'target down'. We'll see how it plays out....in the mean time...needing Baylor to put the pedal back down and the Beavers to play strong.

Neighborhoods like these are going to be the perfect recruiting grounds for groups like ISIS, when they attempt to totally infiltrate our country. They'll bring their message of how to get "justice" from the infidels, and it will give them a blank check to cause even more violence. The difference is it will be much more organized, and harder to combat. If a person's first reaction to what they deem as injustice, is to destroy everything around them, do we really think they won't gravitate to a group that can show them how to do it even better?

Gangs will become a thing of the past, and groups like this will take the mantle, all in the name of religion, giving them a purpose for their hatred. There are hundreds of neighborhoods, around the country like this, that are perfect recruiting grounds.

Shitts goin down again tonight....Twitter feed is hilarious. Protestors have been massing and marched on the police dept...started chanting couple hours ago...shift change and patrol officers had things hurled at them...blocked exit from the station so the cops came out to arrest them...soon as they started arresting the Twitterverse went nuts with 'facists, racists..." and now the 'eye witnesses' who said police shot and killed a protestor last night, then hid his body...are out saying the CIA is lending the Ferguson PD facial recognition cameras and anyone who has warrant is being pulled out and arrested...or if they see people posting on their phones, plain clothes officers jump out of bushes and make them disappear to cover up 'the truth' Saying its worse than Korea and other mideast crackdowns....idiots.

I think that guy had a lot of courage and got the chiefs attention , when he said he would lay his life on the line that another brother doesn't die to senseless killing. I think the chief feels the same way though and he agreed there's going to be some changes to the system and protocols if officer is involved in a shooting, this is good, people should control their excitement for when needed though, not starting riots, peaceful but strong protest will do it. I am talking about committing violent crimes, not smoking pot.

The idea that violent crimes are somehow "worse" than white collar crimes or even just evil shit that richer people do that doesn't fall within the purview of criminal law is something that deserves a hard look. If my pursuit of personal wealth and power costs 1000 workers their jobs and pensions, I have done more damage to them and their families than a car thief would do. Would a stray bullet from a drive-by cause more damage? That is up for discussion, but the point is that the former is viewed as an acceptable part of society while the latter makes evening news, gets politicians up in arms and gives rise to change.

In the same vein, what is it about cops that makes their lives so much more important than black teenage males? Is there something inherently more valuable about a cop's life that he has the authority to shoot to kill whenever he feels threatened? Is all collateral damage automatically justified?

Besides all that, the Wal-Mart police shooting is pissing me off a lot more than the Ferguson shooting. There is no way to rationalize how those cops just gunned him down as he ran away from them. All caught on video tape from multiple angles.

More people will be tailgating in The Grove for the Ole Miss Bama game this weekend yet a couple hundred people who drove from wherever to act in shock and Tweet a month after a guy they never knew was killed think they deserve the world's attention and are in middle of a Revolution...one girl even posted she's fine with killing cops there because in a revolution lives have to be lost to get the point across.....unreal. Listening to the common sense people who drove in to actually just watch the protestors act like idiots and then asked them questions this weekend was good stuff.

They've set up a bail fund for people to donate to...they come out after dark (logic would dictate if you want attention, do it in daylight where people can see you and hear your message) and antagonize the cops until the cops arrest them and then all post Vines and Twitter pics of the police 'profiling and being Nazis' and cry that they are being locked up....when that is exactly what they set out to do. They were angry the cops wore riot gear...so the cops went inside and took it off and came back out and lined up...protestors cried the police looked to mean and were intimidating looking...so cops huddled and literally walked around smiling and the protestors then said 'whats so funny, why are they smiling, we are serious here, they need to not smile' They are just embarrassing themselves and Mike Browns family at this point.

After he's been handcuffed, he gets punched one last time. At what point are they "put in a position" to punch him?

I used to talk back to my elders when I was little...My mother would say don't do that. I would laugh, like I'm going to stop because she told me not to. I keep talking back.
