So Is BC winning the Grey Cup now? One big win against the hapless Eskmos and pretty much everyone is crowning them champs. Maybe if they one day approach .500, I may consider them a contender, but so far, they brought in , albeit a great receiver, in Arland Bruce III, it’s the SAME stinking team that’s gone NO WHERE all year.
Whatever the case, I’m thinking the Coaching Staff of Toronto’s Jim Barker will be ready for them, and ready enough to slow this pace right down. Not that Toronto has an incredible pace to begin with, although at times they have played like they have. 2 things that just don’t seem right, 1) The TOTAL is just WAY to high… about 2 points higher than I think it should be… 2) How did the Lions ON THE ROAD, as a 2-6 Team, push the pickem to a -2 in the past couple of days… Obviously people smarter than me have bet them… I’m not that smart…

I see a 1-7 team off playing SO BAD, that they have gone from a 3.5 point dog, through the key number of 3, now sitting at 2.5 points with, in all likelihood, the entire province of Saskatchewan putting their life savings on this game… It’s the ONLY possible explanation???
I guess, the Bombers, losing the last 6 straight in Regina may have something to do with it, but are we living in the past? I didn’t even give Winnipeg much credit last week, despite their crazy run, because they beat up on all the weak teams in the CFL… For the sake of argument… Where do we Classify The Riders at 1-7?
I know coaching changes tend to inspire, for sure… Thus if the Riders were say, 7.5 point dogs like they should be, I’d REALLY have a tough time with a selection, but as it stands, they are 2.5 point dogs and apparently DROPPING… Last year, the Bombers lost in Sask by 4, when they were terrible and the Riders were on top… the next week, the Riders got blown out 31-2… This year, Winnipeg does nothing but sack QB’s and make Offenses look bad… No changing change is going to stop that just yet…

Well Scully, I can't see your CFL one losing... With that said, I don't know how It has a chance to win... You know one of those is going to mess up despite what I think... I haven't looked hard enough at the NFL, but of course it all looks fine for the 14 points your teasing... I think the if this is one big Teaser, SD is the weakest... Agree with your thinking for WIN @ SSK today BB. WIN is my call and I personally think people are trying to see problems on their game when there isn't any. Scully I would opt for the HAM +17.5. MON has a fair number of injuries and are going through a bit of a slide. That is a big number for a pretty good HAM team that won't (can't) run and gun against MON as CGY did but rather will grind the game down. SSK and CGY seems iffy and I haven't looked at NFL yet. Thanks for the feedback guys. Ironically the Chargers is the game I felt the least confident in as I reviewed the plays. Oh yeah, they've burned me a couple of times in the past, not in these types of teasers but where they may have had to cover a 4.5 number and they won the game by 3 or thereabouts. Anyway, still time to make changes but again thanks to both BB and BigSmitty for your views. Have a teaser going with one play remaining and it's the game today involving the Bombers and Saskatchewan. I have the Riders at +15 to close the teaser out. I'm thinking of a Bomber play but I can't decide whether to play them on the ml or the -2.5 number.

Decided to layoff the particular 6-team parlay I laid out above afterall. Decided I had enough riding already on the game with the last leg of my other parlay, needing Saskatchewan at +15, which will conclude one way or another with the conclusion of this game. Of course I've added a large 10-unit play on the hometown Saskatchewan Roughriders at +1.5 as well. (posted in my own thread) Bol with your play(s) today BB.
