Ryne Nelson (Snakes) Nelson's four-seamer is incredible. There's a part of me that wants him to throw his worse pitches more often (cutter and slider) a little more just to help amplify the four-seamer even more. He doesn't throw nearly as many non-competitive secondaries as you'd think. The fact that he only has 26% rostership is appealing to me

Team to watch after the All Star break: Orioles. Three of their arms are expected to come back in August Grayson Rodriguez, Kyle Bradish, and Tyler Wells-that alone should make them monsters down the stretch.

The Guardians also won't be needing to make any moves-Shane Bieber is expected back in August.

Shane McClanahan is expected back for the Rays in August.

Yu Darvish, Pablo Lopez and Christian Javier are also set to return in August.

These are all good draft and stash options going forward-and you can get them at bargain basement pricing right now and get a leg up on your competition in your leagues. Imaging having the ability to make move son these guys in their second starts back from the IL with an ignorant share amount while other guys are buying them when they are 80% or more

Soroka didn't have his curveball at all last start and I sure hope he does here. The Red Sox are susceptible if can find it.

Mr. Frustrating Kumar Rocker is on the bump again. Rocker's lean into cutters is fantastic. I just wish he had another offering he can pair effectively. The fastballs are not what they used to be and his curve/slider command goes in and out.

Priester has had a stretch of solid performances and now gets the Fish. Normally he just has a slider with terrible sinkers and cutters over the plate, but he did flex a strong curve to support his main breaker last time out.
