Uruguay is going to dominate Saudi Arabia this evening, at least in possession. Marcelo Bielsa's side plays a high press, fighting for balls quickly when losing possession. It's going to cause fits for Saudi, who simply aren't built to overcome that sort of press.
The thing is, Uruguay doesn't generate much of its own offense. While it dominates in possession, it doesn't have the upfront quality to regularly turn that into goals. It'll probably score two through sheer dominance, but this won't be a blowout.

Uruguay will get its chances tonight through sheer possession dominance, but they won't always be high quality and Nawaf Al Aqidi will be able go register a modest three saves along the way. I like Uruguay to generate around five shots on target. Saudi will be able to hold its shape and stay structurally disciplined, which will limit the quality of chances that the South American side gets on goal.

Darwin Nunez, FW, Uruguay
Look, finding a goalscorer in this game is no easy feat. In fact, I don't see this price as particularly appealing.
But Nunez is likely to be the focal point of Uruguay's limited offense as it moves into a new era without Luis Suarez. He's one of two penalty takers for the team, but I think he'd be the one to get the nod in the opening game as an attempt to boost his confidence. Nunez should have the most chances when the dust settles, so we'll side with him.
