Carlsson is having the type of start to a season in which dry patches will likely be fleeting. That's what I'm banking on when he plays a Boston Bruins team he has three assists against in four games.

He makes the most of every opportunity against the Flames, with a goal in five straight meetings and six of the last seven. There isn't much variance in the odds, which range from +110 to +120, with FanDuel offering the latter. You'll earn $12 if he lights the lamp against a slightly fatigued Calgary team. 

🔥 Leon Draisaitl (+150) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Backing Draisaitl to score in Washington is a slightly flawed pick, given that the Capitals boast the second-best defensive record, tied with the Pittsburgh Penguins. 

That said, Draisaitl has netted in four consecutive meetings with Washington, scoring five times.

He has 13 goals, including three in the last three on the current road trip. FanDuel is clearly the place to lock in this wager, as its +150 odds are much more appealing than BetMGM's +130 at the low end of the spectrum.
