Nathan MacKinnon was the NHL's leading goal scorer after leading the Rocket Richard Trophy odds down the final stretch of the season. He secured his first career trophy by netting a career-high 53 goals in 80 games, finishing two goals ahead of Montreal Canadiens right winger Cole Caufield.

Next year's odds aren't out yet, so for now we'll just have to admire MacKinnon's second career fifty-goal season.
