Chicago Blackhawks star rookie Connor Bedard was atop the 2024 Calder Trophy oddsboard from the start of the season to the end despite missing time due to injury. Bedard wrapped up the campaign with 22 goals and 39 assists, leading rookie skaters in both categories.

Minnesota Wild defenseman Brock Faber and New Jersey Devils blueliner Luke Hughes finished second in rookie scoring, both compiling 47 points.
