An opportunity to advance to the Super Bowl is on the line when the Cincinnati Bengals and Kansas City Chiefs face off on Sunday. Which team will win the AFC Championship and get a chance to lift the Lombardi Trophy? Read on for our top Bengals vs. Chiefs SGP picks based on the best NFL odds.

When the Chiefs and Bengals met earlier this season, the Bengals erased a 24-17 fourth quarter deficit to come away with the victory. From a statistical perspective, there weren’t any groundbreaking performances. Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes was just 16/27 for 223 yards and one touchdown, while Cincy QB Joe Burrow was better, going 25/31 for 286 yards and two TDs.

Both teams’ rushing attacks had solid days, with Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco rushing for 66 yards and one touchdown while fellow RB Jerick McKinnon added 51 yards. Bengals back Samaje Perine ran the ball 21 times for 106 yards, but Joe Mixon didn't play.

Bengals vs. Chiefs SGP Predictions

Joe Burrow Under 304.5 passing yards (-200) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Burrow had an outstanding year, throwing for over 5,000 yards between the regular and postseason. However, he's only thrown for 300 or more yards five times this season. In seven of his last eight games, he failed to hit that mark.

While Burrow has been the Bengals’ catalyst for a 10-game winning streak, Cincy's winning ways are truly a team effort. While many assume this matchup will be a shootout because it's Burrow vs. Mahomes, that’s a media narrative. Burrow didn't hit 300 yards in the first meeting between these two teams and that was a tightly contested game that saw him play from behind in the fourth quarter.

You could probably take this number even lower to increase your parlay odds, but it's generally good to have one safer play in every parlay.

Jerick McKinnon anytime touchdown scorer (+160) ⭐⭐⭐

KC running back Jerick McKinnon’s touchdown streak ended last week after scoring in six consecutive games. Even more shocking than him not finding the end zone was he didn't catch a single pass. He wasn’t even targeted. This is an anomaly as he'd been targeted at least three times in five consecutive contests prior.

With Mahomes works on a hobbled ankle, it'll be the Chiefs’ mission to get the ball out of his hands quickly. That favors two people: tight end Travis Kelce and McKinnon. McKinnon was a reliable check-down option for Mahomes all season, and the Chiefs drew up plays for him throughout the year. That should happen again with a whole week to game plan for Mahomes’ ankle.

Tee Higgins Under 54.5 receiving yards (+105) ⭐⭐⭐

Cincinnati wideout Tee Higgins simply hasn't been a factor in the Bengals’ passing attack in recent weeks. In his last six games, he had just one with more than 40 receiving yards. In the playoffs, he's been targeted 10 times in five matchups, and has a postseason long 12-yard reception.

The first time these two teams met, he had just three catches for 35 yards. He did score a touchdown, but was only targeted five times. With so many weapons on the Bengals’ offense, and with them likely running the ball often to keep it away from the Chiefs as they did last week against the Buffalo Bills, Higgins should struggle to gain any traction.
