We're down to 16 teams remaining in the March Madness field. Below, we look at who's most likely to win each NCAA Tournament region in the Final Four odds.

No. 1 teams Purdue and Kansas have been eliminated from the 2023 NCAA Tournament field. They're joined by top seeds Arizona, Marquette, and Baylor on the sidelines entering Sweet 16 and Elite Eight play this week. The Final Four odds can help you with your March Madness picks for this week's games.

West region odds

Defending champion Kansas was knocked out of March Madness on Saturday, proving the books right in what seemed like inflated odds for the Jayhawks to win the West region. East region odds

Purdue, the Big Ten champion this season, was eliminated by No. 16 Fairleigh Dickinson on Friday night. That briefly left the East region as the most wide-open of the four quadrants but Tennessee has taken a strong hold as the new favorite.

Midwest region odds

Houston opened March Madness as the heaviest favorite of the four No. 1 seeds entering Round 1. The Cougars are now the biggest favorites in the region winner markets entering the Sweet 16. The Cougars' biggest test by these odds will come from No. 2 Texas in a potential Elite Eight encounter.
