Basically, the full-strength Mystics are deserved favorites. If anything, this -2 is a discount as it implies these teams would be even on a neutral site. Not only do the Mystics have the second-best ATS clip (4-2) in the league, but this is just their second home game of the year.
I'll back Washington at -2.5 or better.

Nneka Ogwumike Over 15.5 points (-114)
Someone has to step up in Plum's absence. The market seems to believe it will be Dearica Hamby or Ariel Atkins. Hamby's points prop is 19.5 after being 16.5 last time out, while Atkins has seen her total climb from 10.5 to 12.5.
Los Angeles forward Nneka Ogwumike, who returned to the team this past offseason, has a similar points prop as her previous matchups.
Considering Ogwumike averages the same field goal attempts as Hamby, I'll take the better value on the more reliable player. Ogwumike just averaged 18.3 points per game last year as a primary offensive option for the Seattle Storm.
