the sistem did six single bets...however the betstake brain ( charylin...I don`t know is name) says it is a acumulator...we have a printscreen and I think it is a proof against him self...
1º bestake has not multiple bets..
2º the bets are single because each has the same amount
3º In case of acumulator the odd will be...2953.54!!!!!!! So...866€ x 2953 = 2.557 776 €€€€€ more 15% ..I give the 15% to MR Charilyin . Any lawer Knows that nobody does a stake of a great amount in that odd...Charilyn is a crasy thinking that somebody believes he can invent the rules...

When I saw that my money is gone I Thought...is a fraud and know he goes to tell me that somebody enter to my account and did these bets...
I Think I Have many experience in bets and I´m registed over 40 bookmakers but I never thought that will be a victim of a fraud like this...I learn the lesson and Know I only believe in two bookmakers ...IN seven years i had not problems and I sorry for people wo losed much more...
I read that are people who losed 10.000 and more...Whe must cath that thief and make justice with our hands if necessary...I have not hope to get back the money but I`m with you till the end....

"Fiscalia general de Costa Rica" said that I have to go as soon as possible to Costarican embassy in Italy (Rome) and report the fraud. They will report to the "Ministerio Publico".
If all of us do the same in the their own CostaRican embassy, we can create big pressure on local authorities.

Last week I try withdraw only 100 € and I dont click to any button "show me money", but I also now have six crazy bets and all account is destroyed. Online support wrote same message to all.
But I am also next 422 € still in open state - and I won it. I try withdraw just this "not locked" money, I wrote my requirement on chat direct to "Rothmoser" and get this answer : "we have informed now that Bestake.com has undergo to maintenance. Due to the intense activity that is caused by the World Cup 2010 Bestake.com is forced to undergo to maintenance for the benefit of the clients. At the maintenance period there will be no withdraw or games closure. Bestake.com will be fully operate approx. at the 2.7. sorry for the inconvenience."

Update to 6/20 Bestake fraud report - SBR has received 30 complaints from Bestake players on the sportsbook's new "Show me the money" feature. Bestake placed a link for the promotion next to an inaccurate description: "New Feature: Express 4 hours withdraw. Start now.".

Players clicked on the link believing they were withdrawing money, and saw their entire account balance disappear. Players balances were divided up into 6 ''matched'' bets in equal; amounts on the following games:

Slovenia/England Draw at 4.50
Ghana (vs Germany) at 5.4
USA/Algeria Draw at 3.8
Japan (vs Denmark) at 3.55
Italy (vs Slovakia) at 1.7
Korea/Ivory Coast Draw at 5.4
SBR contacted Tom Walsh of Bestake, who stated the following:

The bet is on a draw, not on Slovenia (If anyone had this outcome, please confirm)

However, he is right. Look at Ghana to beat Germany to odds 5.40 (+440), where Pinnacle offers 7.24 (+624).

Now assume this!
If this was an accumulator, all 6 matches must win. First of all, as I can see we all got the same matches and outcomes.

Lets say the most unthinkable will happen. All 6 matches will go our way

As I am writing here, Bestake have matched around €500,000 on each = €3,000,000

So all will win, correct?

Please tell me how they want to pay out...

Since we all got the same matches and outcomes, I can only assume the have enough money in bank to cover this amount
But perhaps they have Bill Gates and Warrent Buffet as big investors for a small percentage of the company

I still had some live bets that have now expired, and they are yet to be settled.

I think taking the situation to the Costa Rican press is a very good start.

I was unable to contact Live Help yesterday but it seems all people go the same response.

Bestake.com are kidding with the line 'you should have read the rules'. It is as bad as clicking on the 'cashier' button and the remaining balance all of a sudden split on 6 unwanted bets.

The other thing - 'who' are these bets matched against? Some of these markets have NO liquidity, so it goes to prove that these bets are being matched by the EXCHANGE ITSELF - glorified thieving.

And for all those coming on here pontificating as to 'why did you join the exchange' and all that blah blah blah, save your crap for another time. The last thing people need when they have done their cash cold is have the slipper dug in.

We tried to call them but since the automatic operator required buttons to push but so it was impossible
on Skype phone, only by real phone.

If there is a victim from Hungary, you will not find any embassy, there is no. Only in Slovak Republic.
But I think within EU countries you can contact any Costa Rica embassy, but better to contact them
by phone.
Also it would be good to search for american victims of Bestake, they are much more closer to the fire.
They can push harder on american FBI and then to Costa Rica.
