Gus do the following. Deposit 1 euro into your account. Capture all of this on video on your mobileor the like. Then wait for that link to reappear, showing clearly it is meant to defraud as it hides as a 'withdrawal mechanism' then click it. Get it iall on video and watch what happens. Then go to your account list and show the split up of bets.

The only thing we can possibly get is enough pressure on them as the games are a few days away. Hopefully pressure on pay merchants will help too.

Too good to be true. We all know what they say.

If one is lost, all is lost. But that's not the point. Even you we would win the wager, we will never see that money in any case. They frauded us. There was none looking for that LAY odds. There was no money there. Please everyone who has been victim, write to NEteller and Moneybooker explaining the thing, asking for their accounts frozen.

I have also been scammed after clicking the link i had 16000 euros, was waiting for an 8000 euro withdrawal, was supposed to be receiving on monday, I have filled out SBR compaint form and sent an email to moneybookers.

No, all money are bet, i have a pending withdraw (2000 euro) from monday, friday (2 days ago) in chat said in day, i'm still waiting.

Only chance is Moneybookers.

I guess they will say they are all "matched" bets, even though we know its their money, so they cant be cancelled.
I cant even go and put my "bet" up as a "lay" to try to get some back, as they have take all my balance. You could do this on Betfair (lay it back). i also had a 3000 Euro withdrawal pending and they have taken that and put on these 6 bets. The bets went on automatically, there was no chance to "confirm" or anything, I thought first of all that my money had all been withdrawn it wasnt until I looked in my pending wagers that I found the 6 bets that I hadnt placed. What person in his right mind places 13,300 euros on "random" bets? I hope others read this thread and stay away.

Bestake cheat victim ??

Hey people. I am one of the victims too so I clicked on Show me the money button...
Including the rules of Show me the money option is very poor since it is obvious that they have inlcuded it
afterwards and nobody thinks to read any rule before Show me the money option !!! Since to show a money
does not mean to bet.
In my opinion all victims of this very strange trick should try to search for the local embassy of Costa Rica ( if they are really from Costa Rica... ) and make a serious complaint. Since it is much easier for an embassy officer to contact Costa Rica and arrange this matter or to make urgent steps in this matter. I am from Slovakia and tomorrow I get in contact wit the local Costa Rica embassy. Please, all of you do the same in your country.
Don't leave this case let go, fight against this matter.
It is obvious for all players that to push a withdrawal button should not cause bet cases.
It seems that Bestake gave good lay odds for reason to put in money to loose. Bestake lost too much this week.
They had about 5-6 serious lost ( Spain-Switzerland, Germany-Serbia, France-Mexico and today Slovakia-New Zealand ). This is the weekly result of Bestake. Everybody knows that those countries won who has lower chance to win. The main thing is - according to me previous counts - Bestake lost about approx. 2-3 millions of EURO and this is the problem. They have no cover for this... unless they have emergency account for so big loss.
It would be good to communicate continously here to get the money back. All of of must take part of this help because only together we can reach our goal. Good luck and will be back soon.

By the way, I don't think that Bestake made this beacuse thy lost too much. I really think it's a long term plan, studied from the opening of the site (february), focused on World Cup matches, when there are big volumes. Obiouvsly as long as there is little money involved, they keep the players affiliated. As long as big LAY bets lose (argentina-nigeria; germania-australia), nothing happens, they take money. But when Spain, Germany and Ghana don't win, they have to show their plan...and, I guess, take the money and run. Hope we can do something. Let's be a team on this. Everybody contacts Moneybookers and Neteller, everybody contacts lawyers friend for advices, authorities and who ever can play. These guys are thieves must meet the jail.
