I received the answer from Italian embassy in Costarica. The reported the fraud to Costarican authorities that are verifying the existence of the company behind Bestake.com. If it really exists, any legal move will have to be done with a lawyer.

"Rohrmoser" tells me on live chat that the bets stand. I should have read the rules. there was no mention of a bet I clicked a link for "show me the Money".
Are they individual bets with a 15% bonus if they all win, or is it a 6 team accumulator? He is not answering me.

Hi guys, I have a similar experience... it is ridiculous what these guys did... never been in a situation like that... any ideas what can be done? I emailed SBR, hope they can do something... if anyone knows how we could take a legal action against them I'm up for it...

really, what were you thinking keeping 1000's of euro with an exchange nobody ever heard of that offered completely idiotic odds on many many matches. who did you think was actually paying for your profits?

on an individual level i truly feel sorry for you, on a general level: in the years I've been reading this forum dozens of websites start out with insane odds, a so-called costa rica license (which in itself is worth shit) and a feed on the betbrain-website. EVERY single time people from all over the world get taken for thousands. Unbelievable.

1º make a list with more possible victims we can found...I did it in portuguese foruns and we can found more victims in another foruns...We can do for instance

2º That thief has courage to talk with the costumers so he are in some place...we must found him in person and not in chat or mail. IF I we give 10% ( in case of sucessefull) to a private detective to found him....it is an idea. If a detective has all information phaerps he accept
