Next time wait more than a day to have a meltdown. I don't work for Betcoin. But from the false allegations here it makes me question everything that you say. That said, they are my favorite book.
They rarely do KYC. I don't even know if anyone else has gone through KYC here although I could be wrong.
A meltdown? LOL
One day? Which part of "I will have to wait 5-7 days for another verification link to be sent" didn't you understand?
LOL. You can't blame me for thinking that you could work there.
There is a member (raiders72001) of this forum that appears to work at Betcoin. He made a lot of posts advertising them, as you can see below. I sent him a message asking for help, let's see how it goes.

No idea then. One avenue you can try posting a review on Trustpilot, they respond to those fairly quickly and consider them important.

I always used the same device to access my account and they should have this information already. Never used a VPN and I don't even remeber last time my internet went off. It's the same IP for a long time already. They have no motive to suspect of anything.
And that time frame is absolutely ridiculous, up to seven days to provide a link?
Also, they have all this "behind the scenes security in place" but don't know what time of the day my account is usually active, to send the verification link in a proper time? Not to send it when my account was NEVER active.
What country are you in and when did you register?
They clearly suspect something, I’d guess they think someone besides you is placing bets on your account. Maybe the bets placed on your account came from a known scam IP. Which is strange because VPN’s are welcome. They have a lot of behind the scenes security in place from what I can tell. Although I’ve never been asked for anything and always paid in minutes over the years. Betcoin is about the only site I frequent these days.

Yesterday I made my first ever withdrawal request at Betcoin. Their website says: "Please feel free to contact us if you have not received the funds within 2 hours.", so I sent an email 4 hours after the request. No answer.
Few hours after that they blocked my account (I can't login anymore). So I went to live chat and the agent said: "Send an email, we can't assist you about this matter through chat". Then I told him that I did send an email 5 hours ago and he stopped answering me.
After that I sent another email, which was answered 5 hours after as you can see bellow:
Hello, please complete the following verification from the same device and connection used to place bets, within the next 180 minutes
The verification was a link from shuftipro.com. Of course they sent it without prior notice and when I was sleeping and couldn't answer it in time.
Now I was told that another link will be sent within the next 5-7 days (!!!). Like WTF? Why this simple thing can take so long? Based on their actions so far, I believe they are purposely delaying it.
