If you didn't multi-account or use electronic means, you'll get paid. I just found it strange that you brought it to the forum so fast. Normal honest people don't do that after one day of requesting a payout.

Why did you bring it to the forum after ONE day? What platforms are you limited to $3 and $10? What platforms did you win at where you are requesting a payout?

It's not 4 books. I just looked. They do have horse racing and social poker although I have no idea how that works. When a book has live betting it doesn't make it two separate books. When they have esports, it's still part of the book.

I don't know what the thinking is.

Not like they have any right to say KYC failed for not doing it in 3 hours, and it is also means they can no longer point to the player taking a long time to get evidence together as a negative thing.

Yesterday I made my first ever withdrawal request at Betcoin. Their website says: "Please feel free to contact us if you have not received the funds within 2 hours.", so I sent an email 4 hours after the request. No answer.

Few hours after that they blocked my account (I can't login anymore). So I went to live chat and the agent said: "Send an email, we can't assist you about this matter through chat". Then I told him that I did send an email 5 hours ago and he stopped answering me.

After that I sent another email, which was answered 5 hours after as you can see bellow:



The verification was a link from shuftipro.com. Of course they sent it without prior notice and when I was sleeping and couldn't answer it in time.


Now I was told that another link will be sent within the next 5-7 days (!!!). Like WTF? Why this simple thing can take so long? Based on their actions so far, I believe they are purposely delaying it.

But I don't understand having a 3 hour time limit.

Yes, every bet is bigger than $3. But almost never bigger than $50.

How long a payout request usually takes to be fulfilled? I requested it 3 days ago and nothing yet. Sent them a message yesterday and no response also.
