    I'm surprised still too Everynight.

At least a couple of these guys sound and act very much like genuine innocent bystanders in this thread, and in PMs.

Considering the lengths we went to trying to get the facts, SBR obviously believed there was merit in their cases too.

Reading between the lines, it looks like Youwager were very sure this was one person scamming their own syndicate, and the data evidence was not enough to mount an argument against that in the end.

I think I would take the account suspensions as a positive development right now. Something is happening about this in there.

puh, so they are basically saying everything stated in this thread (by numerous members) is made up, and all those people are part of one betting sydicate. I hope they were able to show hard evidence for that...

YouWager has credited $55,184 to four players whose accounts were under review after it was determined that the players were sharing plays. The bets were all accepted though and will be honored as normal.

Regarding the transfers players disputed receiving via bitcoin, a thorough investigation showed that the bitcoin payments were processed to the addresses entered by each player. It is worth noting that YouWager's data aligned with the possibility that one of the players, an individual facing charges for prior alleged fraudulent activity in the gaming industry, had been a potential 'ringleader' so to speak of these accounts, and may have turned on the other players. This theory is partially supported by two of the players having bitcoin processed to a common wallet controlled by one individual. We really cannot expand without 'doxing' the player and so it is as much as we can add on that; suffice to say, wagers that were accepted will be paid.

We are confident that YouWager takes account security very seriously. They have made improvements to the bitcoin payout procedure that remove the possibility for a player whose emails were compromised to authenticate a bitcoin withdrawal.

After the initual set up, don't buy with your bank account, use your credit or debit card, super fast and you'll eliminate any issues with time. Not sure what exchange you're using that has massive limits, but coinbase and coinmama is way over anything you can send P2P, even back in the day.

This situation seems to have affected way more people than initially thought.

In this thread there are 6 people I believe that all have missing btc payouts, and some with confiscated funds.

And then I received a private message from someone who also is in the same situation with a serious amount of money that went missing to the wrong btc addess.

I think a lot of posters are scared to post on here, because like what happned to me, I started complaining about the missing payouts, and then they decided to make matters worse and then stop making any more payouts without any reason to me.

    Hi Optional,

I sent an email asking for an update on my situation a week ago and it has been almost a month since I filled a complaint. I understand this takes some time but can you PM me with an update as well on my $50,192 balance.

    Hi Optional,

I was wondering if there has been any updates, good or bad, from your teams conversations with youwager, in regards to the missing payouts and the confiscation of funds.

Even if you can't disclose them now, is the investigation still going on? and is there any timeframe on when you will make a final decision or provide information.

    Thanks

Update: After several missteps with customer service, I received my first *************** payout today, for 15k. They initially cancelled the payout without providing a reason, so I had to call in to determine that I needed to complete KYC. Then two employees told me that this method is not a wire even though it is, so it was cancelled again--without informing me--since I need to provide different bank information for a wire. The third submission finally did the trick, though when they said they'd send it "tomorrow", that really meant "in a week".

The process took two weeks and they held an additional $37 in fees on top of the $90 that the website claims, but at this point I'm happy to be getting paid at all.

It's an absolute disgrace that they confiscated funds, with no reason or explanation.

The messed up thing is that if we didn't complain about the missing payouts, they would of paid the final balance. But because we all rightly brought SBR into this, and made them aware that they were sending the payouts incorrectly, now we have been punished further, and in my opinion, completely stealing money from customers.

I did receive an email from SBR on November 15, when I submitted the complaint, saying that they would discuss it with Youwager management. I have responded to that email a couple times. But since then, I have not heard anything. I just emailed again.

You have not heard back from a dispute agent at all?

Please reply to the confirmation email you should have received after submitting and ask for an update to make sure your account problem is being addressed too.

That's great news, i'm truly happy that things got fixed on your account, especially as it was such a large amount. I was wondering if there has been any update to "deck5" and "fossilman's" accounts?

I haven't heard anything yet about mine yet. I'm not complaining, I'm happy to wait it out and get the proper resolution, i'm completely confident, they won't find any link or any wrong doing from my side.

I'm just very upset that their action for investigating the missing payouts that I alerted to them about, has meant that they have confiscated an additional 2K in funds from my account, but hopefully this all gets resolved.

A question......were all the Bitcoins transfer's sent to the same address. If so, that's your mistake #1.

In November I requested three $2000 Bitcoin withdrawals, 3 days in a row- $6K total- and got them all no problem. With Bitcoin losing 80% of it's value from it's high of around $16K, expect this crap to become the norm. Sportsbooks who rely heavily on Bitcoin are in a much weaker financial position now.

but what is really weird is that they are gonna close an account for winning 8k (when i was down lifetime), when their nfl limits are 10k?

so theoretically you win 1 bet on an nfl side and they close your account?

for nba they had me at limits of 500 and you can hit it twice (usually, sometimes it randomly says that you've reached the max for that event)... but college basketball/college football i was only at 100

had the bulls and brooklyn at an average of +400 or so each

still wondering about the others... best of luck to you guys in getting paid... sorry if my posts have seemed a bit confrontational, we just see so many liars on the forum like the other poster who totally made up a story about being stiffed 23k from youwager.

personally i have recently been banned at youwager after having a good week, which is weird, i had won and lost pretty big money there before without a hitch. been paid off most of my balance, i should get the rest next week (3 w/d per week)

It's just crazy that they are now claiming that one person from some sort of group "has turned" on the others. If Youwager's theory was the case, then why aren't any of us victims complaining about funds being stolen from any other accounts on any other books? In the same time that I was withdrawing from Betpop, I have also withdrawn from other books, both before and after. These other withdrawals were for more than $1k, and some withdrawals were even for $25k. If there was some security issue from my side of this, why didn't this mystery person steal one of those $25k withdrawals? Why would he bother with measly $1k withdrawals? And how did this mystery guy convince Youwager to send more withdrawals than their weekly limit, to multiple accounts?Clearly the person(s) doing this were sloppy in their stealing, as they forgot to change my e-mail back when they changed it on the account (which I found out when Maggie and I were canceling my remaining withdrawals after discovering the theft and requesting new withdrawals, and which Maggie quickly changed but not before I grabbed a screenshot). That same sloppiness resulted in them requesting my withdrawals to the same address they requested ywpain's stolen money to, which Youwager is now trying to claim that he and I made similar bets (which I have no way of verifying but also don't care what bets he made--if they have the best line I imagine a lot of people successfully bet it). So they're trying to fabricate some bogus link between me and him because we were victims of the same Youwager theft?

This is "half great" because they might pay you half your money!!

But will somebody please answer this:

Are they even trying to find out who the person is that entered 3 (or more) of you people's accounts and got multiple BTC payouts to the same BT-C address?
Are they going to give you 3 people your money back or is this person going to get your money from all those BT-c payouts?
