Good point… It would be nice to be a whale for a day and toss around $100,000 in bets like it's nothing.

Plenty of whales are recreational bettors.

Bet size does not equate to sharpness.

Okay that makes sense even though it's BS! What books let you win and win and win without booting you?

    I'm thinking 5 dimes/Bookmaker/Heritage…

Because they will take any action. What I am saying is winners= not recreational. Most are recreational, so they take the risk. Once they find out you aren't boom....they got you. Just point to their terms of service. Just like a bonus. They lure you in......you lose and you lose thinking what a great book they are to give you the bonus. You win........."we have the right to take away a bonus without explanation at any time"

That is my opinion on the matter. I have never had a problem with Youwager but have heard they will cut people. Just one of many that have written in their rules they only accept "recreational players". Nice open-ended word

I'm afraid to think that you might be right. The way this lady spoke on customer service seemed like she had no real interest in getting to the bottom of it and was just covering their ass. SBR said they are looking into my complaint so hopefully they can get to the bottom of this.

As for as I know, BOL doesn't ask for passwords anymore. At least not with my most recent interactions with them, and one other person in another thread who was surprised by it lol.

Thank you Optional, I have just submitted a complaint with a lot more details than in the OP. I hope that SBR can work with Youwager and get to the bottom of this.

In my opinion, they are absolutely at fault here. They deviated in a number of ways from their typical payout procedure. They sent payouts out in a strange time frame so that it appeared I was received them on time, when in reality they had already been sent to a fraudulent address. Somehow the payout address must have been changed. How did this happen without proper phone confirmation of the payout codes?

If not for these deviations, I would have received my funds exactly has I had requested. The book is absolutely at fault and there is absolutely nothing I could have done to have prevented this. They must pay up.

I couldn't even log in. I had to call and they explained to me they closed the account. They would open it for a few minutes for me to request my remaining funds. On October 23, I requested 8 withdrawals for a total of $17,335. They were supposed to send 3 withdrawals per 7 days. Just like my last withdrawals that I had requested there.

The first four payouts came, as expected. Four more to come. The next one should have been received today, November 13 (yesterday technically). It still hadn't arrived by the end of the day and I contacted live chat and "Cindy" told me, much to my surprise, they already sent them all! Cindy, we're going to have a problem.

I received 4 of the 8 withdrawals. Cindy gave me details of the other withdrawals that were sent. The dates and BTC address. The other 4 were sent to a different BTC address which is not mine. Youwager sent two withdrawals on October 24 and two on October 25. Of those, only one came to my own BTC address.

It doesn't add up. Somehow the address for some of the payouts was changed. Even though I was only given access to my account for 10 minutes to request those withdrawals. I had to confirm the payout codes calling from my registered phone number. And somehow, somebody got Youwager to send 4 payouts in 2 days, when their policy is to send 3 payouts in 7 days.

I have no idea how this happened. A supervisor is supposed to call me tomorrow. I found one similar case at another forum, but for a much smaller amount, and it was two years ago. Does anyone else know about this happening at Youwager? Live chat just asks for your username and password, so it doesn't feel like the most secure book.
If you shoot in an SBR Sportsbook Complaint Form we may be able to ensure a senior manager takes a close look at it for you.

Sorry, I made one mistake: the total amount requested on October 23 with the 8 withdrawals was $15,335, not $17,335. You can request a maximum of $2,000 per withdrawal.

    All Youwager and Betpop Issues

YouWager and BetPoP are great books. They have minimum for small bettors $25 payouts ** or **. Also there person to person payouts are the same day as long as you request before noon. Great Lines and Reduced Juice. This is great for a average to small bettor. Not great for heavy hitters. There max bet is only $2000. But i Tested them out and they worked out for me. So they may work out for you. Also They have 35% to 75% percent bonuses.
