At my first withdrawal request, they asked me KYC. So this broker is no-KYC just untill you won't win and won't ask for a withdrawal?

It sounds like that person at least cared enough to think about it properly.

If it was me, I would reply and thank them and say you will do as they advise and also say something like "I think if a responsible Betfair manager could just see this they would be able to determine if there was obvious wrong doing by their agent. If you can even informally pass it on to someone in the right position I would be grateful".

IBAS will actually deal with anyone from anywhere now.

I would try submitting to their system as well if you can get through the process without an account number.

We just want someone to get your issue in front of a mid level manager in Betfair.

My claim was successfully submitted to IBAS, without an account number, so I am waiting for their reply. I will inform you as soon as I have news.

I really thank you for all your replies, your advice is more than important and gives me hope that somehow , somewhere, somebody will deal properly with my issue. Until now, Orbit (via BIA), Pollytrading(operators of BIA) and Betfair avoided to assist me, providing excuses and avoiding to take responsibility of this scam. I will come up, if I have any news.

As the point of your complaint, ask them to encourage Betfair to at least address the problem and check it properly. Keep the request simple and easy for the ADR agent to just do immediately before having to reply to you. Keep the number of words you use as few as possible and laser focused on what you want out of them. Hopefully the ADR agent asks Betfair for more info and it gets in front of a higher level manager. That is all you really want from submitting a dispute with those agencies.

"Betfair's agent OrbitX and Fake Bets Scam" should be the key words you use across industry forums to get PR working for you.

Keep the focus on the main 4 points; Betfair, OrbitX, Fake Bets and Scam. (dont try to explain BIA part. Does not matter and muddies the water)

Hammer the point that a Fake Bet was entered on your account. That's the key issue they need to explain or fix.

And embed your images so they can be seen and dont need a click.

Kindly take into consideration that this is all the information that we have received from the related side, who have given a final confirmation that there is no possibility for any of the funds to be retrieved.

Orbit confirmed that the betting pattern was changed, but bets were in line, so no fund passing was displayed. Unfortunately, they could not retrieve any funds and sent us a final confirmation today.

Funny ha? just trying to avoid responsibilities...they rely on my agreement to their terms and conditions, but this doesn't mean that I have to tolerate my account being robbed!

Maybe try approaching them with the bet ID and just saying a fake bet was placed on account and here is the ID. Not trying to explain anything about third parties. Thye can find out everything about where you play from the bet ID. And if they try to brush you off again insist that the fake bet was made on their platform through their partner/agent and Betfair need to take at least some responsibility to check what is going on.

I'm not sure why you are getting the brush off. But be assured they can help if they decide to. And a Betfair B2B rep reaching out to Orbit will get world record type attention.

I will give them the bet ID, the problem with them is that when I start the live chat with one of betfair's agents, before anything else, they are asking for my username , so I am obliged to tell them that I use Orbit via BIA, because I do not have any account at Betfair...and then their answer is that they have no access to 3rd party's accounts. But for sure, I will give a try to start the conversation with them by giving them the fake bet's ID.

Especially if you have given a very clear explanation on what happened and that you are exposed from all ends.

Why this is a problem - BF is giving their API to OX and OX has made their own whitelabel where all the accounts created are placing bets through that one account. There are several problems here - bet ID is different; OX might be taking position on your bets so your bet might not be 1/1 matched against some other BF player, but rather in some other split (80/20, 60/40 etc) so it might be a bit complicated to locate your bet; privacy issues, BF can't really "trust" on what is happening to 3rd party, since the OX is the owner of the account where the bet has been placed... These are only few things that come to mind from the top of my head.

Now, you may try what Opti said, but with a different approach - contact them via escalations @ betfair com email, make a simple, clear and elaborate explanation on what happened, attach screenshots of your OX account with the bets in question and ask them to try and find who is responsible for this. This is your best bet, I am fairly certain that BIA won't do anything to assist you properly.

Believe me , all the 3 times I have contacted with Betfair's customer support via their live chat , I was more than polite and tried to explain them what happened. But as they told me, they do not have anything to do with Orbit, who is a third party. So, thank you, an e mail to that escalations@betfair.com will be my next move. I have no intention to give up on it..

Hm, I am now looking at the Today's ATP Tokyo there are Games / Set HDP, 1st / 2nd Set winner, Total Games; for Basketball you are correct, there are few markets missing (like Team Total you said), but overall for those, other, markets I use that PS3838 account you mentioned and I am satisfied overall.

Can be that you didn't add all the markets for sports? There is a button on the platform saying "Add Markets", maybe that is the issue for you? Still, I agree with you, it is not perfect, but it suits my trading activities.

So far as I know,

SM PRO only covers main lines in sports and mostly soccer. IE in tennis not even games HDP are included. No props, no team totals.... Coverage on US sports is quite poor too.

PRIVATE BOOKIES ACCOUNTS, only ps3838 which is Pin clone is possible at the moment i was told by their CS few days ago.

Said that, they are probably one of the most safe brokers, If you are a high roller (skype betting) or mostly in soccer and you can't access original Pinnacle, they can be useful.

I have contacted with Betfair twice so far via their live chat. Twice I gave them a detailed picture of my issue, twice they told me to turn to my agent for assistance. I was not rude with them at all, I do not know what you mean, that "I hand it badly"...it has been 10 days so far that all my free time , my effort, my concerns are spent on this issue, that is why I am bothering you guys in this forum. And, of course, I am grateful for your help and your replies. What else can I do with Betfair, shall I email them as well? I agree with you , they seem to be the only side where I can find a solution but as they have stated me so far, they have nothing to do with orbit's members.

They are unlikely to do anything more than make excuses unless their relationship with Betfair is threatened.

Show Betfair the fake account entries and demand that they investigate THEIR agent.




Talk to Betfair like it is 100% their problem and cannot be palmed off to any third party.

That is what works.
