My usual suggestion is to try and work your way up the line asking the platform provider and market provider to confirm if the broker is telling you the truth that this really is them (the uplines) holding up your money. They may decline to help, but they also may still make the query behind the scenes.

Other than that, don't let the broker think you have dropped off. Keep at them for an update every few days.

I'd suggest not mentioning any financial inconvenience. They can twist those words to use against you sometimes and it wont help solve your issue by saying it anyway.
My withdrawal has a delay of 8 months and BrokerStorm.com mail support just ignores me. More than 10k, it says "Processing" since than.
They lied for around 2 months about administration changes, chrismas, a bunch of professional liars

tbh there isn’t really a clean “best one” list anymore, it changes pretty often and depends a lot on your volume + how you operate
At this moment, the "best one" usually is the one which had lowest amount of new problem and cases reported and the lowest rate of new complaints opened.

    Final Update.
Received today the last outstanding payment. So Brokerstorm paid me in full. Took them now around 8 weeks to complete it.

I got lazy when it happened and didn’t bother reporting on SBR.
I made a debit card deposit to Betinasia around two months ago. Sum of 170€, while the payment was being processed, I got a message saying they were experiencing some issues with the site. The deposit doesn’t go through apparently, they say to contact my bank as they never got the money. Also they (betinasia) said when these transactions fail, within 48h the funds are processed back to the bank (via debit card).
Sure enough I waited well over 48h and come the time for the bank statement to be available on the bank app I get confirmation that the funds were processed to BIA: specifically ‘Eudevi London’.
In contacting them back with the bank statement available I was still told they didn’t get the funds.
Contacting my bank was also difficult as their assistance didn’t handle directly disputes for card transactions so I was supposed to talk to my branch.
All in all this ended there as the BIA agent provided me with bonuses well over 170€ for the accident, but this was still a concerning episode should it happen for high amounts.
I asked BIA several times who handles their payment system but to no avail

    Update:
    Received today aanother 10k

    I quote
We would like to inform you that amount of 10.000 euros is successfully sent to your Crypto wallet.Remaining amount of withdrawal is 31.068 euros.

For every additional amount completed, you will be notified via email as well!

then i asked why only 10k ,surely in their T&C it says
8.6. In cases when your balance is at least 10 times larger than the total sum of your deposits, you will be limited to € 5,000 (or currency equivalent) for withdrawal per month. In other cases the maximum withdrawal amount per month is € 10,000.
Surely i am over 10x larger, but makes no sense to sent me 12,8 and now 10.

So i asked them and got this answer:

Thank you for contacting our custoer care support and all your feedback provided. Please note that we have forwarded to economical department in order to update us with an official reply! We will revert via email for further news!

Should you have any further concern or query feel free to contact us.

    Kind regards
    Will keep you updated.

Ohh, boy. You will wait a lot. They will delay the payment with the hope to lose significant amount of your WD request. Also, keep in mind that every broker has a maximum weekly limit.

Brokerstorm - Blackfair withdrawal delay – long-term customer, €60k+ pending

I would like to share my current experience with a broker, as I am facing a serious delay with withdrawals and would appreciate any insights from others.
I have been a long-term customer and have used the platform without issues in the past. I have completed multiple withdrawals before, including larger amounts, all processed successfully.
My betting activity has always been straightforward:
    • Pre-match only
    • Major leagues only
    • No trading, no exotic markets, no suspicious patterns
Recently, after a very successful period, I requested several withdrawals totaling over €60,000.
    Here is the timeline:
    • First withdrawal requested around March 22
    • Additional withdrawals requested in the following days
    • Largest withdrawal requested on April 1
    Since then:
    • All withdrawals remain pending
    • I receive only generic responses such as “under review” or “pending with provider”
    • No clear explanation or timeline has been provided
My account is still active and fully accessible. There have been:
    • No accusations of rule violations
    • No restrictions placed on the account
    • No requests for additional verification
However, the delay has now exceeded two weeks, which is far beyond the stated processing time of 24–48 hours.
This situation is causing significant financial inconvenience, as a large amount of funds is currently locked.
I have tried to resolve this directly and professionally through support, but without meaningful progress so far.
I will continue to update this thread with any developments.
If anyone has experienced similar delays or has advice on how to proceed, I would appreciate your input.

Gambling with an unlicensed broker/bookmaker is always a big risk. Since there is no regulator (not saying that Curacao is any merit), I wouldn't get my hopes up.

I requested a withdraw of money in November 2025 and fter 3 months the withdrawal as not been processed. It`s in the thousands of euros.
BrokerStorm.com support has instructions to keep on giving generic responses that they will see what is happening. And they never reply back.
People say that BrokerStorm is known for their delays paying, in my case they just decided to not pay without any serious explanation given

Good point. A lot of people don’t realize that with BetInAsia and SportsMarket, depositing with Bitcoin limits access to Mollybet. And while IBC has big limits, that 3% shave definitely adds up. Appreciate you pointing it out.

Fair enough, still - I highly doubt that any broker (regardless of the reputation) would skim customers for 60 EUR.

No arb, I needed Parrizas to win 2-0 as you can see, so in set 2 layed some money against her winning set to to recover some money in case she would lose it.
Two very different moments of the match.
Like I said their excuse is always 'market failing to turn in-play', you can see their reponse in my previous posts.
Only way to be shielded against that would be to screenshot every bet live so that the in-play indicator would prove the market was in fact live.

attached the one voided and the hedge that I made on another market.
they issued a partial refund but it is still very concerning the fact that they can always claim the decision is not theirs but betfair's and just void any bet like that without ever providing evidence.

here we go again Betinasia just voided me another winning bet citing market failing to turn in-play.

of course they kept all the money that I put out to hedge the bet.

    absolutely disgusting.

    Thanks.
What sort of documents have they been asking for?

Have they given you any indication about what is unsatisfactory about what you have supplied?

Were you normally betting the max limit allowed? What sports were you betting?

Looks to be very low liquidity.

Cant find much info about it online. I don't think it's using Betfair pools.

Hi guys, just wanted to offer my experience with Orbit to the thread here. Started about 5 years back, small better, 10-20 euro a pop give or take, usually play long ones in horse racing. Had a few scores, nothing crazy, low four figures, requested withdrawals, and they would be there almost instantly (via Skrill) - like within a half hour. Haven't been winning much this year, definitely down on the year, so hadn't requested a withdrawal in about 3 months but last month I did for mid three figures and was very surprised when it didn't occur instantly. After a couple of days wait I used live chat and the withdrawal was processed the next day - so three total days of wait. Then recently I requested another mid three figures and same deal, but this time it took 7 days. They did pay both times but it was, needless to say, quite concerning. Both times the same excuse given - "waiting up UpLine approval."

Just seeing this thread now so wanted to chime in. I pretty much play just horses so I wonder if anyone could offer a suggestion on another site/agent/broker that will allow me access to betfair odds - given that it appears to be some large concerns with Orbit currently.

It might be worth using the eCogra and MGA complaint links and simply reporting what is going on with Betfair's agent there. They may pass it on.

I don't think there is another effective way to pressure Orbit apart from via Betfair. Sorry to not be able to help too much.
