Also I said to them "if you don't want me as client please say it clearly, no problem". But those practices when they allow deposits to Bet-football and then block accounts, can't transfer to Orbit can't withdraw... its just robbery

So, two days ago Bet-Football guys said, you can't transfer to Orbit but you can withdraw back to skrill, there is no issue here, withdrawal will be processed in 24 hours. I ordered a withdrawal, 24 hours have passed, still waiting for my money. And now they are saying "no time frame for withdrawal" ha-ha

I don't have a working email for support there anymore

It might be worth using the eCogra and MGA complaint links and simply reporting what is going on with Betfair's agent there. They may pass it on.

I don't think there is another effective way to pressure Orbit apart from via Betfair. Sorry to not be able to help too much.

Your screenshot of the suspicious way they refuse to give any info or help with their front man agent delaying or stealing is exactly what they do to everyone these days. Once upon a time they did help, as you have experienced. Their policy is to let their associated companies just steal off you now.

When Orbit issues come up I always suggest registering a complaint with Betfair. Whilst they probably wont directly help you either, the complaints do go to their B2B dept who appear to pressure Orbit sometimes. Plus the more complaints the more likely Betfair will become more involved in forcing ethical practices on Orbit.

You can find info on how to contact the correct Betfair dept here: https://www.betfair.com/aboutUs/Dispute.Resolution/

    Thank you for your response.

Unfortunatly i cannot open the betfair link because its forbidden here in Portugal, if you have any email or other contact i would really appreciate it.

Here is how they act, they even make fun of the situation after i sent them the links with my complaints in a few betting foruns

As I said when this first started, it is possible this is just the agent making up an excuse to delay or not pay. And unfortunately this seems to confirm that. Betfair do not approve your account and do another routine check again weeks later.

Betfootball have just been caught out not keeping a better record of which customers have already been played again.

Go back to the beginning and make requests of both Betfair and Orbit again. Focus on that you just want to confirm if you are being told the truth by the agent that it is either Orbit or Belfair blocking your account again.

They count on wearing you out and you giving up. Try not to do that.

    Hello everyone,

I'm Paulo, i'm from Portugal and i've been experiencing some problems with these 2 operators.

As you all may know betfair is not legal in Portugal, so we all try to find valid alternatives. I really don't like to use brokers and that when i found out about PIWI247. I decided to give it a try and i've been a costumer for about a year now.

A few months ago (September 2024) after a serie of withrawals made on PIWI247 they delayed one of my withrawals (usually they take about 15/30 minutes but this time after a week i did not have my withrawal made).

I went to the PIWI247 chat every single day and everytime the answer was the same "we are waiting for the game provider confirmation".

So, apparently PIWI247 game provider is ORBIT EXCHANGE, in some way they use their platform and their liquidity.

After a week i decided to go to ORBIT EXCHANGE chat on facebook and resolve this and see if PIWI247 were telling the truth, this is the conversation:

They were extremely helpful and my withrawal was made in minutes, after a week in dispute, i really don't know if it was ORBIT EXCHANGE that pressured the situation, but in minutes i had the money with me.

This week i'm going through the same situation. After a series of withrawals, my last one is being delayed, and PIWI247 justification is exacly the same, "we are waiting for the game provider confirmation":

But this time, ORBIT EXCHANGE attitude is not the same, they became hostile and even with PIWI247 lying and saying that the delay its ORBIT EXCHANGE fault, they dont do anything. The last time they contacted PIWI247, and thats all i ask:

So, be advised, keep away from ORBIT EXCHANGE and PIWI247. Your money is not safe with them.

    Best regards

You're going to need to provide the documentation Betfootball have asked for now.

Try to follow the suggestions I PMed you on how to approach that. Don't ask betfootball any more questions about what you can send or who is asking for it. Just send them what you think proves what we discussed and wait until they come back to you before deciding the next move.

It would be good if you can get onto OrbitX and make the same request of them as you did with betfair about confirming if They or Betfair are demanding this as Betfootball claim.

    Dear Renat,
Thank you for submitting the requested source of funds documents. These have been reviewed and verified.
Please be aware that the verification is an ongoing process and we might need to request from you further documentation in the future. If so, we will notify you in advance
That is a good indication that betfair should be happy with your KYC data too.

Be aware that there is some possibility that this is just the third party agent looking for an excuse to grab those funds.

I don't understand honestly what they want, my source of funds is betting, I've won at betfair, withdrew threw skrill and deposited at Bet-Football. I've sent them screenshots with a proof of that. I don't have "regular income" this high, when I started betting my first deposits were like 1k or even less.

You know what's funny, they are trying to pin it to the book, so I am asking them which book made this error so I can verify that, not a single reply of course.

Glad I never risked high amounts with these clowns, would feel safer putting my money at some illegal bookie on the streets.

Oh yeah. I think BIA are the most untrustworthy agent operating at the moment. So easy to assume same as you here.

Sounds like they messed up and decided the most profitable way to handle it was to do this to you.

if you really did bet a second version of the market, how can they ethically grade it based on a different market which you didnt bet?

I am sure any argument put forward will just fall on deaf ears though.

The owner had the brass balls to come here and try to claim they have never had one unhappy customer. When I sent him a list of 15 or 20 examples of people treated unfairly and just brushed off or lied to by his staff, he suddenly lost his ability to type.

Betinasia are the worst well known agent.

there was no grading to begin with. I woke up and the bet was void. At that moment the match was still in progress, in the evening they pulled this surprise saying would be graded. Which doesn't make any sense, what if I wanted to trade the match?
In the previous response they meandered about having put up a double market for the match or something along the lines.

20 years betting with betfair I literally never had a voided match graded after match was over, never.
So I find it very hard to believe this is on betfair's part.
Besides, even if it were they take responsibility for these mistakes, at the very least my bet would have stayed voided, and possibly winner had the selection won.
They have owned their mistakes pretty much all the time, that is from my exprience of course.
Hell they even paid a match that they left open at 1,20 on the sportsbook as I piled 5k on it. Not a peep from them.

Now this is the second time Betinasia steals money and hide behind the 'it's the book decision', which tells me they can pull this s*it with anybody at anytime.

I doubt Betinasia was the one that voided your bet. Most likely it was betfair.
