You won't get fired dude. Would be the dumbest move ever. You could sue the shit out of them and even a freaking ambulance chaser could get you paid on wrongful termination. Take the shift move or whatever happens Monday and just move on.

Thanks man. Thats what everyone else is telling me too. I went back and re read the company handbook and the sexual harrassment poilcy no where near fits this situation. Plus I know she is not going to say anything bad about me if they talk to her, because she feels really bad and she said she is just going to tell them we are friends and I havent made any sexual advances toward her, ever.

I was hoping to hear something today, just to know for sure, but on Monday for sure.

Most states 17 is legal age of consent. Just check local laws. I think its only like 10 states where you have to be 18.

I'm 37 but look 25, workout and stay in good shape. So its natural for me to want younger chicks. So why would I want some broad my age that looks a good bit older. Unless shes really hot and had a good job and lets me stay home and gamble. Otherwise Ill take the younger hot chick if I'm going to be footing the bills.

I talked to my direct boss on cellphone yesterday and I have talked to some of my friends at work and the transfer seems to be a done deal. My direct boss even told me that the person who will be my new direct boss has been informed that I will begin working for them on Thursday May 5.

But I find out for sure tommorow, and I am sure I will get a report about this in my file and the "it better never happen again" warning. And it wont. I am not dealing with any girls at my work again.
