All i can tell you is my experience from being on the inside at many of the tracks here in the Southeast. I live close to many of the teams. I would be a guest of the Huggins Goodyear Tire Co. Entering the pits you must sign in with NASCAR and produce a pit pass. That includes team members, owners, etc of that specific team. If your in the garage as a member of team you have knowledge of the sport. If your not a team member your not close to the garage area, especially now. Carry on.
