This story has the Jesse Smellet feel about it. The whole premise is not plausible. "Someone" bust into the garage and hangs a noose up without being detected? Yeah right, if that's the case you better up your security because I've been to auto races before although never to the round in circle kind, and the pits and garages are always high security areas.
