#3362More criminals wearing costumes and badges blatantly violate a man's civil rights. These pigs, like most, have no clue of what the ID laws of their state entail. In all 50 states pigs must have Reasonable, Articulable Suspicion that a crime has occurred, is occurring or is about to occur. Without RAS of a crime it is lawful to refuse a pig's request for ID, unless behind the wheel.
Looking to all the facts within the officer’s knowledge at the time of the incident, no reasonable officer could have observed Mr. Edger and believed he was using “intimidation” or “physical force” to “intentionally obstruct[]” Officer McCabe’s investigation. Accordingly, no reasonable police officer could believe that Mr. Edger violated this portion of the obstruction statute, and therefore there was not even arguable probable cause—much less actual probable cause—to support Mr. Edger’s arrest.
As for the “failure to identify” speculation offered by the officers in their defense, the court says the state law doesn’t require what the cops wish it required.
The Alabama statute is clear. It lists only three things that the police may ask about. This is not an issue of “magic words” that must be uttered. There is a difference between asking for specific information: “What is your name? Where do you live?” and demanding a physical license or ID. The information contained in a driver’s license goes beyond the information required to be revealed under § 15-5-30.
Neither the parties nor our own research can identify any Alabama law that generally requires the public to carry physical identification—much less an Alabama law requiring them to produce it upon demand of a police officer.

#3365This costumed and badged hero gives a man a concussion, breaks 8 ribs, punctures a lung and gives the man a shoulder injury and a disfigured lip. All charges against the man were dropped once the prosecutors reviewed the pig's bodycam and the pig was given a paid vacation. Taxpayers will now be held liable for the costs of defending the pig in court, paying the pig while he sits at home on leave and for any settlements or judgements awarded in the lawsuit that's about to be filed.

#3369"I don't have to have a crime to stop you. I don't have to have a crime to ID you. And I don't have to have a crime to talk to you," said the costumed and badged hero as he displays his complete pignorance of the law . A few minutes later anther low IQ pig joins in to violate some civil rights and make a couple of illegal arrests. These two pigs are a complete disgrace to LEO everywhere.
Pigs do have to have a crime to legally stop and detain you. Pigs do have to have a crime, or traffic infraction while driving, to legally demand ID. Pigs can talk to you without a crime, but you are under no legal obligation to speak to them at any time or assist them with their investigations. The fact that pigs across the country don't seem to understand these very basic civil rights is appalling.

#3371Another ignorant pig who doesn't know that filming in a public building, in publicly accessible areas, is a constitutionally protected activity. The pig then asks the man why he doesn't "do this" (filming) at McDonalds or Burger King. Those are private businesses who can set their own rules of conduct on their property. Public buildings are governed by the US Constitution and applicable city, county, state or federal laws that do not violate the constitution. This man now has 3 pending lawsuits for blatant civil rights violations against this corrupt department.

#3373How The Courts Have Made It Easier For Cops To Steal From Citizens
"It’s always been easy for cops to take stuff from people. Civil asset forfeiture allows law enforcement to bypass most of the Constitution so long as they imply things about the supposedly illegal source of the property they’ve taken from citizens.
The Fourth Amendment is almost worthless in these cases. Since there are no criminal proceedings, there’s no avenue to challenge the search because prosecutors (who also often directly benefit from forfeiture) aren’t going to introduce the seized property as evidence."

#3380Watch this low IQ pig jump into action and illegally taze a man minding his own business on his own front lawn. This taxpayer funded hero's fragile ego couldn't handle an innocent man responding with "open your ears instead of your mouth" when questioned repeatedly. The pig then goes on to verbally fabricate his story to his superior just moments after the incident occurred. The pig's written police report was also fabricated and filled with lies in an attempt to cover for the illegal tazing and arrest. As soon as the bodycam footage was reviewed all charges against the man were quickly dropped.
Taxpayers were recently held liable for an undisclosed amount in a settlement for a lawsuit originally seeking $3 million in damages for the pig's blatant civil rights violations and criminal actions. This hero got to keep his costume and badge and still enjoys his taxpayer funded salary. He received only a 2 week suspension and zero criminal charges for aggravated assault, battery and false arrest.

#3382Update.
These corrupt pigs make a false arrest of a teenager for DUI. Then the teenager posts the bodycam footage (which is public record once released) online showing the pigs' criminal activities. The pigs catch a bunch of flack from the public for obvious reasons. The pigs then counter sue for the teenager for exposing their crimes and having their egos bruised.

#3385Just when you think you've seen the dumbest pigs in America, this sounder shows up. How these low IQ pigs ever received their costumes and badges is no mystery. Police departments purposely hire low IQ order followers and these three pigs exemplify this perfectly with their lack of knowledge of the most basic laws and civil rights.

Cop Charged With Murder | Shoots “Suspicious Paint” Suspect
A LaSalle, Colorado police officer has been charged with second degree murder after he shot a man in a dollar store parking lot, during an investigation about a car’s suspicious paint job. It was the officer’s third day of training with that police department. Can a police officer shoot a man attempting to flee a suspicious paint job investigation?

#3392How is it that part of the blue line gang arrived at the correct address, but these two low IQ heroes show up to the wrong apartment, in the wrong building, break down a door and traumatize a woman in her bath tub? Taxpayers will now be held liable for the costs of defending these pigs as well as settlements or judgements awarded in the recently filed lawsuit.
