The fairy tale press release issued by the department purposely leaves out key details of the illegal stop including the fact that all occupants of the vehicle were removed at gunpoint.

Corrupt pigs tip off a judge, who is drinking at a bar with her underage grandson present, that someone is aware of and documenting her actions. An area lawyer, his film crew and private investigators have recorded the judge day drinking at the same bar 10+ times and then driving away intoxicated with her minor grandson in the car.

Another lying criminal wearing a costume and badge claims a man made threats and flipped him off. The man made no such threats, but did fly the middle finger at the pig and that's not a crime in any of the 50 states. The pigs then made an illegal arrest after fabricating charges. All charges were later dismissed and one of the low IQ pigs was fired. After a lawsuit was filed and a settlement was reached, tax payers were held liable to the tune of $100,000 for the pigs' retaliations and multiple civil rights violations.
Why won't pigs just follow the laws that they've all taken sworn oaths to uphold?

Another pig, Cody Wood, was caught running the fake DUI revenue generating scam. He was arresting drivers despite blowing 0.00's both on roadside PBT's and at the PD with a more accurate breathalyzer. In 2023 this criminal wearing the costume and badge made 69 DUI arrests while the rest of the entire Commerce department only made 31 combined. An investigation was launched after several of Wood's cases were dismissed and he's received an indefinite paid vacation while his department investigates themselves.

On 12/15/23 retired Saint Johns County Florida Sheriff David Shoar was stopped by Officer Adams of the Saint Augustine Beach, Florida Police Department for an alleged traffic violation. Officer Adams reported a strong odor of recently used marijuana coming from Mr. Shoar's vehicle. Officer Adams also observed marijuana in plain site inside Mr. Shoar's vehicle. A probable cause search of Mr. Shoar's vehicle was conducted whereby marijuana joints were found as well as two guns which were located under the driver’s seat. Officer Adams gave Mr. Shoar a verbal warning and released him without charges or traffic tickets.
Would you be afforded the same discretion under similar circumstances?

Another low IQ tyrant who thinks hearsay is the same as reasonable, articulable suspicion of a crime. The dirty pig illegally assaults, batters and arrests a woman when she legally attempted to walk away. The woman was under no legal obligation to participate or assist the pig with his investigation per the 4th and 5th Amendments. Taxpayers will again be held liable for the costs of defending the pig as well as any judgements or settlements reached in the recently filed lawsuit. Just think how much money taxpayers would save if pigs would just follow the law and the Constitution. (both of which they've all taken sworn oaths to uphold)

Fired pig will face no criminal charges for falsified DUI reports and fabricated charges. Once again a criminal pig is fired and magically any investigations that could result in criminal charges is halted. Why aren't regular citizens afforded this option to simply quit or be fired from their job in exchange for no criminal investigation or charges filed?

This hero assaulted and fabricated charges on a homeless man who was just struck by a vehicle while riding his bike. The man spent 2 weeks in the ICU with a brain bleed and months later died. This is policing in USA.
