Wahoo police officer arrested on charges of third-degree sexual assault of a child

WAHOO, Neb. (KMTV) — According to a news release from Wahoo Chief of Police Bruce Ferrell, a police officer was arrested for "alleged conduct unrelated to his employment with the Wahoo Police Department."

Court records show that Wahoo police officer, Sean Vilmont is charged with two counts of third-degree child sexual assault and one count of unlawful intrusion. The alleged victim is 13 years old.

The third count of unlawful intrusion is explained in court documents as the suspect "did knowingly and intentionally photograph, film or otherwise record an image or video of the intimate area of (the victim) without her knowledge or consent, and did so at a time when her intimate area was not generally visible to the public."

A complaint was filed against Vilmont in Dodge County by the Nebraska State Patrol in conjunction with the Nebraska Attorney General's office.

    This is a developing story.

Cop Responds to Child Who Attempted Suicide—By Raping the Child

Staten Island, NY — A Pompton Lakes police officer who has been under investigation for over three years, has been hit with a slew of charges this week related to the sexual abuse of a child. Mark Stinnard, 37, is off the streets today and no longer a threat to his alleged victim.

According to police, Stinnard met the child after she attempted to commit suicide and began grooming her from that point. After he began grooming the child, the child’s family reported him on April 23, 2018 to the Riverdale Police department. It took three years to complete the investigation and arrest Stinnard.

Stinnard told the child that their relationship would eventually become public and “that he would not keep me in the shadows forever,” the victim wrote in a statement.

“He always made me feel better by saying that people won’t agree with it, but we love each other,” the victim’s statement said, according to court documents.

During the investigation, police learned that Stinnard was having a sexual relationship with the child — which is rape when the child is under the age of consent. He would also demand that his victim send him nude photos and videos.

“In the course of their relationship he would request that the child take nude photos and videos and send them to him,” the prosecutor said.

Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes didn’t disclose the age or gender of the child other than saying that the child was “under the age of 18.” However, we can assume that the victim was younger as the age of consent in New Jersey is 16.

Stinnard committed the offenses on his own time, she said, adding that his behavior “did not touch upon his employment as a police officer.”

However, in addition to his job as a police officer, Stinnard was a member of the local volunteer ambulance squad and met the teen after she had been hospitalized for a suicide attempt, according to court documents. So he was still in a position of authority over the child.

He has since been charged with first-degree endangering the welfare of a child for manufacturing child pornography, third-degree endangering the welfare of a child for engaging in sexual conduct with a child, third-degree endangering the welfare of a child for possessing child pornography, and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child for causing harm to a child.

Valdes, meanwhile, asked that “anyone with additional information about this incident or other incidents regarding this individual to contact us on our tips line at 1-877-370-PCPO.”

Insanely enough, this is the second such story in which a cop responded to a child’s suicide attempt and ended up raping the victim — this year. Earlier this year Waynesboro police officer William E. Sublett IV was arrested for responding to a call about a child’s suicide attempt and allegedly raped the child.

The investigation into Sublett, 33, of Washington Township began in December 2019 after he responded to a suicide attempt call for a child. In February, Trooper Erica Polcha announced Sublett’s arrest on charges of indecent assault, corruption of minors and aggravated indecent assault.

When Sublett responded to the call, he allegedly began grooming her from that day. According to court records, the officer sent sexually explicit messages to her and then molested her.

According to Polcha, the girl said she met Sublett during the December 2019 suicide attempt call, that he had online sexual conversations with her, has asked for unclothed photos of her and had fondled her breasts and genitals against her will at his home this past November.

As frequent readers of the Free Thought Project know, police officers are arrested weekly in this country for sex crimes involving children. This is a massive problem but becomes even worse when kids think the cops are there to help them and end up being abused by those cops.

As we reported at the end of last year, the New Orleans Police department arrested one of their own officers for sexually assaulting a child. Rodney Vicknair, 53, was arrested and charged with sexual battery, indecent behavior with a juvenile and malfeasance, for sexually assaulting a child while investigating a sexual assault that she reported.

That child had contacted the NOPD to report a sexual assault and Vicknair was assigned to her case. Instead of helping the child, however, this monster allegedly began grooming her.

His case was nearly identical to Sublett’s as he began sending text messages to the girl, going to her house during his personal time and remarking how attractive she was and how she aroused him, said the source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. He is also accused of fondling the girl’s genitals and breasts, according to the investigation.

Ex-Kansas deputy sentenced to 8 years in prison for child porn, gun charges

ELLIS COUNTY, Kan. (KAKE) - A former Ellis County sheriff’s deputy has been sentenced to more than eight years in prison for child pornography and gun charges.

The Hays Post reports that 62-year-old Blaine Dryden was sentenced to 102 months in prison after pleading no contest to aggravated internet trading of child pornography, sexual exploitation and theft of a firearm.

In addition to the prison sentence, Dryden must register as a sex offender for at least 25 years and he will also be subject to post-release supervision or parole.

The Hays Police Department received a tip about child pornography being shared through Facebook in November 2019. At the time, Dryden was working with the sheriff's office and did so until July of last year.

An investigation determined Dryden was sharing sexual images of a young girl to a woman in Nebraska, Hays Post reports.

In addition, police found weapons in Dryden's home that were taken from the Hays Police Department. According to the investigation, he falsified paperwork claiming the guns had been destroyed.

Hays Post reports that Dryden's attorney requested he serve his time outside of the state of Kansas due to his work in law enforcement.

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation investigated the case.

Cop Gets Life in Prison for Using ‘COVID Rules’ to Arrest Woman Before Raping, Killing Her

In the last 18 months, across the planet, we’ve witnessed utterly horrifying acts of police violence while cops enforce the government’s tyrannical COVID lockdown rules. Business owners and citizens who flouted lockdowns have been arrested, beaten, jailed, and even family gatherings have been raided like they are child trafficking rings. None of these instances, however, have compared to the case of Sarah Everard, 33, who was kidnapped by an officer under the guise of enforcing COVID lockdowns, only to be raped and beaten to death.

On that fateful night back in March 2021, Everard was walking home from her friend’s house and had almost made it home. When officer Wayne Couzens, 48, spotted the young woman on the sidewalk, even though he was not on duty at the time, he used his police credentials to claim Everard was breaking the lockdown rules.

Everard, who is described as shining light in the community, didn’t resist because she thought she may have actually broken some rule. Witnesses in Clapham, a neighborhood in South London where Everard was kidnapped, described seeing a man in dark clothing handcuffing a young woman before putting her in the back of the car and driving off.

The victim had been “compliant, with her head down and did not appear to be arguing,” witness Tom Little told the Central Criminal Court of England and Wales. He said because there was no struggle, he assumed it was an undercover cop arresting a woman who had done something wrong.

Because Everard had been described as “savvy and streetwise” it was unlikely that she would get into a vehicle with someone unknown “unless by force or by manipulation,” Little said, , The Times of London reported.

“That is precisely what happened,” he said as prosecutors pointed out how Couzens used the excuse of COVID lockdowns to abduct his victim.

On March 10, 2021, 7 days after she was kidnapped, Everard’s body was found over 50 miles away in the town of Ashford. She had been brutally raped and strangled to death. The hashtag #shewasonlywalkinghome began trending shortly after.

“Sarah Everard was only walking home when she was taken off the street,” Little continued. “However, those five words do not fairly or completely begin to describe what happened to her” after she was kidnapped.

Little said that “while it is impossible to summarize” what Couzens did in just five words, “if it had to be done, then it would be appropriate to do so as ‘deception, kidnap, rape, strangulation, fire.'”

On Wednesday, Couzens pleaded guilty to using the pretext of coronavirus regulations to abduct Everard so that he could rape and strangle her.

During the investigation, it would be revealed that Everard’s death may have been preventable as Couzens could have been arrested for a prior crime — but was apparently given blue privilege instead.

According to police, Couzens had been accused of multiple “flashing” incidents in which he was exposing himself to random people in public days before he kidnapped Everard. However, he was not arrested for it.

According to a report in Newsweek, Scotland Yard said it would not comment until the investigation into the alleged failures was complete, but said in a statement, “we are sickened, angered and devastated by this man’s crimes which betray everything we stand for.”

At his trial on Wednesday, protesters outside the courtroom held up signs noting that the Metropolitan police department “has blood on their hands” for allowing Couzens to remain free despite his crimes. If they had information that could have put him away, and they chose not to, blood is indeed on their hands.

On Thursday, Couzens was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

100s of Cops Convicted of Child Rape & Murder Still Collect Millions in Taxpayer-Funded Retirement

Imagine for a moment that your job description involves arresting people for murder and rape. Then imagine that you violate that description by committing murder and rape. Then imagine that you are convicted, sentenced, and serve time in prison for those murders and rapes. Then, once you get out of prison, imagine that this job keeps paying you. This scenario sounds impossible, right? Well, for most jobs it is impossible, unless you’re a cop — and that money is coming from taxpayers too!

According to a scathing investigative report, tens of millions of dollars are flowing into the bank accounts of criminal cops who violated the laws they’re tasked with upholding. These are no petty offenses either, as many of these cops have been convicted of heinous crimes like child rape, murder, sexual assault and severe abuses of authority.

Some of the cops have used their badges to steal from the taxpayers who fund their salaries, preying on vulnerable members of their communities. Then after they serve their time for the crime, they get out and those very citizens are forced to continue paying their retirement. In what world is this considered acceptable? In government, that’s where.

According to a recent, analysis, over 350 disgraced cops who dishonored their oaths and stabbed the people they served in the back by committing horrifying felony crimes, are currently receiving, or are eligible to receive their retirement pensions.

The investigation compared pension records obtained through official records requests with the data from Bowling Green State University’s Henry A. Wallace Police Crime Database. According to the report, these numbers are likely far higher as much of this data is kept secret despite requests. When you read the details below, you’ll understand why that is.

According to the data, just 200 criminal cops who have been convicted of killing, raping, embezzling, and robbing citizens, have taken over $70 million in taxpayer funded benefits. $70 million or $350,000 each for preying on the people they swore an oath to protect. This is just the current payout and according to the report, they stand to receive hundreds of millions more over the course of their retirements.

“There’s got to be a way to hold their feet to the fire,” said D. Bruce Johnsen, a George Mason University law professor emeritus who has studied pension forfeiture specifically for police officers. “If you have more serious penalties for misconduct, you’re going to have less misconduct.”

But when government is the one making the rules, why on Earth would they make rules that could ruin their chances of golden parachutes? The simple answer is, they don’t.

Highlighting this insanity is the fact that Derek Chauvin, who was convicted for murdering George Floyd by kneeling on his neck for 9 minutes, and is currently in prion, remains eligible for $1.5 million in pension when he reaches retirement age.

Other cops like Joseph Hunt, who repeatedly raped his own adopted son over 1,000 times, served just 3.4 years in prison. Since he’s been out, he has collected over $2 million in taxpayer-funded retirement.

Phoenix police officer Richard Polk was convicted of trafficking in child porn and admitted to downloading and distributing horrifying material of children under the age of 6 being raped. He also plead guilty to attempting to rape a child and served just 7.5 years in prison. Since he reached retirement age, Polk has received over $4 million in taxpayer-funded retirement.

Officer Bradley Wager in Anaheim California pulled over an undocumented immigrant on her way home from work and raped her. When he noticed she was menstruating, he forced himself in her mouth and raped her orally until she vomited. She was one of many victims, some of whom were children.

“I was very affected by what happened to me. It was something very horrible,” one of the victims said at his trial. “What I’d like is for justice to be done … If it was up to me, I would send him to prison for the rest of his life.”

But Wagner didn’t go to jail for life, instead, he served less than four years. He resigned shortly after the victim above made a complaint about her rape and just one month later began collecting his pension. That was in 2005. He has been collection almost six-figures every year since, some of that money coming from his victims.

On May 16th, 2021, about a dozen "Back The Blue" cultists rallied in the wild, so Michael decided to show his unquestioning support for the police by showing up with a sign that read, "We deepthroat the whole boot!" The event organizer, Adam, complained to the police that he was not a part of their group and that he was interfering with their rally. Michael emphatically told the officers that he was there to support the police. "If you don't deepthroat the whole boot, then you don't support the police," he exclaimed. Nonetheless, the police arrested one their own supporters for causing "undue annoyance," under the breach of peace statute, and set his bail to a $1,000 non-surety bond. It wasn't clear why, after four court dates, the state decided to drop the charge against Michael, but perhaps they realized that they had gotten it wrong, that he is a police supporter after all and they dropped the charges to let him continue his good work.

"The police were just doing their job," Michael said in a statement. "I'm just glad I can get back to deepthroating the whole boot again."

WASHINGTON – An indictment was unsealed today charging two members of the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) with offenses stemming from the Oct. 23, 2020, police vehicular pursuit in Northwest Washington that caused the death of Karon Hylton-Brown. Terence Sutton, 37, an officer, was indicted on a District of Columbia charge of second-degree murder and federal charges of conspiracy and obstruction of justice. Andrew Zabavsky, 53, a lieutenant, was indicted on federal charges of conspiracy and obstruction of justice.

“Police officers are sworn to uphold the law and ensure the safety of the community. The vast majority of officers execute their duties in an exemplary manner, and we are grateful for their dedicated service,” said Acting U.S. Attorney Channing D. Phillips. “But when a select few violate their oath by engaging in criminal conduct, they cannot do so with impunity and must be held accountable. This indictment seeks to do just that.”

“As alleged in the indictment, these sworn law enforcement officers showed a careless disregard for Mr. Hylton-Brown’s life and then conspired to obstruct the investigation of their actions,” said Wayne A. Jacobs, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Washington Field Office Criminal Division. “The FBI has an obligation to ensure that law enforcement officers do not abuse their positions of trust and authority to the detriment of the communities they serve.”

The indictment was returned by a grand jury yesterday and unsealed today. Sutton and Zabavsky made their first appearances this afternoon before the Honorable Magistrate Judge Zia M. Faruqui in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. They were released under certain conditions set by the Court, with the next hearing set for Oct. 4, 2021.

According to the indictment, at the time of the police pursuit, Sutton was assigned to the Crime Suppression Team in MPD’s Fourth Police District. Zabavsky supervised the Fourth Police District’s Crime Suppression Team officers, including Sutton. The pursuit began at approximately 10 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 23, 2020, after officers observed Mr. Hylton-Brown, 20, driving a moped on a sidewalk in the Brightwood Park area of Northwest Washington.
