There was a black guy named Bernie who used to eat at the steakhouse I worked at back in the 90's/early2000's. He would come in several times a week with his mother and they would each get the 12 ounce sirloin medium well with sides of mushrooms. Their bill was usually around $35 and he always left a $10 tip and sometimes would even tip the cooks $5 on top of that.
