It's really hard for me to believe that people believe in God 100% without a shadow of a doubt. I think despite their doubts, they want to give the "perception" that they are "believers" in case all of it is true. This is because they are afraid of Hell and what happens when they die.

I'm sorry but listening to "another man" preach or reading book that was "written by man" or watching YouTube videos isn't evidence that something exist.

That's like me saying that I know God isn't real because I watched YouTube videos or listened to an atheist.....or because people get murdered.

Like I said before, if some one is seriously ill or injured, you wouldn't just stand over them and pray. You would take them to the Hospital. Obviously if you had complete faith in God, praying would be enough but it's not.

People used die a long time ago because they weren't as advanced as we are today with medicine and what not. Praying didn't help them. If God was real he essentially damned them by having those people be born in the wrong time period. The same could be said 300 years from now when there are cures for diseases like HIV and cancer. Aren't people that were born in are time getting screwed over by God.

The fact that you actually believe people lived to be 900 a long time ago as depicted by the Bible is what baffles me. So they could live that long back then but we can't do it today with our technology and

Im just making the point that almost every religion plays the “ we are going to heaven and everyone else is going to hell” card. Just as you did. Yeah it would be much more humble for us to just all admit we don’t know. Its fine to have your beliefs but they are just beliefs and often they were inherited from family. No one really knows. We should just all admit that and try to be good without regard to whether you’re going to heaven to get a reward for it.
