Fluid markets and tricky to read today, just like I mentioned.

Neither line quite got the movement I was seeking, there was pressure, but no more moves. I still think the books were hiding the Wisky pressure.

Florida taking the lead right before the half basically spoils the second half bet on the Florida comeback. Even at pick or Florida -1, Florida can still win the game and not cover the second half.

This strongly implies Florida will win the game but it is dangerous to bet the half time line.

The line opened a little low with Gonzaga -8 and has ticked slightly toward the forecast. The Total opened above the numbers and has moved toward them.

I am short for time but there isn’t any trade here. We have seen settlement in the Big East recently and there are no real external pressures here. The public likes the dog and that may have contributed to the lower open with 8 points but this game is more about sending money flowing than about any meaningful market settlement.

I’m passing here and letting this game get underway before making a decision on the next game.
