Heh, every time i say i am done. I 'find' money just laying in an ole sports book. Happpend again, i found 35 bucks laing in my sportsbetting.ag account. i just missed getting in at +2.5 giants. when the odds were still good, now its too late to do it.
I guess not, i actually got better odds. So i laid the 35 bucks on +2.5 giants. why not? I just want to get rid of it actually. I am not even going to watch any more games i bet on during the week, its getting way way to out of hand. To the points where I am doing my Calc homework at 1am and getting 4 hour of sleep and going to Calc class for a pop quiz, that i can fail.

how did paypal screw you? I just did an ebay transaction and paypal is telling me I have to wait 21 days before I can get my money. That has never happened before. I usually get the money right away before I ship anything out.

Well to start, i sold a gift certificate on ebay, amazon 'electronic gift certificate that was giving to me. 300 dollar value.

the guy i sold it to was a scammer, he knew he could **** with people and get away with it. anways he buys my gift certificate pays me no problem for about a month, and i get a notice that paypal is looking into the transaction because the guy appealed it on his CC. So paypal comes after me, because i never actual sent a physical one out, even though i have an invoice from amazon saying it was sent to his email, and i told them i could talk to amazon fraud investigators or something over there to try to see if this guy spent the money. they told me nope, its are policy you need a tracking number.

So yeah. Being a broke college student i just don't have 300 bucks sitting around. I never even deposited more then 100 into a book before its usually 50. So i just let it sit there, then paypal started to call me up. And I am like, well i cant pay the full 300, but i am like i can make a payment of 100. which he suggest to make at least a partial payment. So anyways, its a week later now. And this is when it gets ****** up.

I also have a bill me later CC, great service. So i make a payment towards my bill me later.
Bill me later is also attached to my paypal. So what paypal did is charge me the negative -199.95 dollars to my bank account. Again being broke like I am, i only had 240 in there. And at the time I also had a two other things going to go through. So i get charged 70 dollars + in fees.

But it gets worse. Yesterday Paypal calls me up, and tells me my balance is still negative. (I didn't find out in till today they charge my tcf account, and obviously paypal didn't know or were too stupid to know). So I am like, what can i do. The guy keeps pressing me, and is saying we will send it to collections, and obviously going into the Accounting field, no one is going to hire me if i have bad credit. So i ask my mom, my mom is like sure, but it will come out of the money we sold your old car for. (she keeps it in her account because of my SSI ). I am like fine. So I set up the payment for that. And they charge my mothers bank account for 200 dollars.


So today i find out, that paypal charged me 200 dollars to MY bank account without me knowing, and then they charged 200 dollars to my moms bank account yesterday, when they told me my balance was still negative.

So i was on with paypal for about two hours today, getitng transferred eveywhere, havint to explain my situation over and over and over again. And finally i get to the lat guy, who was like. Yeah we are just going to give you the 200 dollars back to your paypal account, they are not going to just cancel the bad transaction to my mohters account. Of course not, even though that one is still pending and can be easily done. They want me to use their ****** up service. I am like what about the bank fees that you guys caused me by charging my bank account, without notice. Oh, well I can write you a note for that.

So i am on hold for 10 minutes, and he is like i emialed the note just bring it to your bank.

I didn't have much hope to begin with , for the note. But basically in the note, he blames it on me. By saying i was trying to purchase something online, and instead of clicking on debit, i clicked on credit.............

So anyways, i had to go to my mom today and beg her for more money looking like a jackass. I had to call up my friend who is running a pool i am in telling him his check might bounce looking like a jackass.

Just a ****** up situation.

I wast to sue this bastard so bad, but he lives in the South, and i have to file a small courts action him against him in his state. And the only way I would do it is if i could pay for travel expenses to go to the court date, which i don't think they allow. Or **** sue him for pain and suffering.

This guy also stiffed other people on ebay, i went to his ebay page, and he only bought amazon gift certificates for like a 3 day period and closed out his account. But I have his name, which he used on paypal, which apparently is the correct name, because i did a back ground check on his ass for 15 bucks, and found out his address, and found out he lives at home with his parents, he is 38 years old.

I tried calling his house nothing, I am working on a certified letter to send to his house.

If anyone you read that total rant ..... and made it this far you know how f'd up my day has been.

I had a problem with paypal regarding an iphone4 i sold.

I listed it, guy paid. Then I shipped it. Guy said it never got there.


next thing I know, ebay tells me the guy is a scammer and NOT to ship the item because the funds are a trick. Thing is, I already had the funds. The funds were real and I had them.

So, now this f_ucking guy is barred from ebay.

I don't know what the f_uck happened. I assume he got the iphone and was trying to pull a lookie-lou or some other type of scam like that one guy pulled on you....
