        Yes, with wsex. They said from withdraw to receipt it will take a month. BUT they are rated A, and you can withdraw up to 9500 and it takes no longer to receive this higher amount. Slow, but I can't find another book that will take my credit card so readily, is rated so high, and will let you cash out a check of that magnitude. Better than nothing. If someone knows a better book with these qualifications, please chime in.

            Did you have to go though all that shit with faxing them your credit card, drivers license and bank statements to get the withdrawal?

              You should open an account in The Greek. Wsex allows one book transfer for free every month minimum like 500 I believe somewhere near that. My point is I get my check from the The Greek in 3 business days. But of course I also bet in the greek so they wont think I'm just using them for withdrawls. I know this is out of the topic of sportsbook, but just thought I could help some one out if they want to receive money faster.

                Did that when I opened my account. Then you don't have to worry about it later. It's a pain but getting harder to find a decent book without some hassle.

                  I can transfer money out of wsex to the greek once a month for free and withdraw. That ain't all bad. I'll look into that. Thanks!!!!!!!

                    Right, they now tell me that there is NO WITHDRAWAL METHOD CURRENTLY AVAILABLE for me. They owe me around $28k - are they expecting me to just belly it? There is no point playing on with them until they come up with a method of payment.

                    Any mods or anyone got any suggestions here? Not offering a payout method seems to me to warrant an F- rating as as far as I am concerned they are now witholding my funds indefinitely, and refusing to send money via neteller to international clients even though there is nothing stopping them doing this, for example.

                    The linesmaker route that was discussed is no good - any other suggestions - can an SBR person get in touch with them and encourage them to sort out the international situation?

                    I am sure with others the $$$ owed to international customers will be in the 100s of k if not millions.

                      All I know is I made 8 withdrawals from 6/19 to 6/24 and from the moment of the first to the moment i made the last....36,518 other withdrawals had been requested. I mean thats a ton of requests no wonder they have trouble keeping up. I still got no confirmation email but it's only been 7 going on 8 business days. Just giving some knowledge

                        I agree with most of the above. They certainly aren't doing enough to get us our money, especially when viable options are open to them. I don't agree that the Linesmaker option is no good but I would like some answer from SBR to tell us what can be done.

                            Rick is talking about the amount of withdrawals requested from the time he did his first to the time he finished his last. He got the number 36518 as the difference in withdrawal numbers from the first to the last. Not the amount of money he withdrew.

                                        I am an employee of the customer service department for Sportsbook and all sister sites. I thought perhaps it might be useful for you guys to get the latest news regarding withdrawals from an employee to prevent misinformation surfacing.

                                        As you all well know in Sept '06 the House of Representatives and Senate passed legislation that would make transactions from banks or similar institutions to online gambling sites illegal. This differs from a previous bill passed only by the House that expanded the scope of the Wire Act. The passed bill only addresses banking issues. The act was signed into law on October 13, 2006 by President George W. Bush, and there is a provision for a 270-day period to develop enforcement measures.

                                        This has quite clearly resulted in online gaming organizations taking something of a hit in relation to financial transactions to and from us. Over time a number of financial organizations have pulled out of the US Business and with the loss of *******, NETeller and ACH along with Debit1 we worked hard to provide alternative payment options such as Bank Wire.

                                        Recently our withdrawal processor have pulled out of the US Market and we were forced to search for an alternative processor. This is clearly not an easy search. We take pride in having optimal security of all financial transactions on site and when trusting an organization with such values of funds a lot of background work is required. Our search was long endured, however, we found a safe and extremely secure new processor, which has been working quite well for us.

                                        Within the last month, however, we have lost bank wire as a withdrawal method, and with already increased stress on our check processors based on the changeover between withdrawal processors this has resulted in delays in processing withdrawals. This is a very frustrating situation to all involved as while we would like to have your funds delivered within 5 business days of your request, as per usual, our payment processors are restricted in the number of withdrawals which may be sent at any given time.

                                        I can tell you, however, that the backlog is shifting. We are working now to overcome these delays and provide you with what we are known for; Speedy withdrawals! Whereas there had been problems in withdrawals taking up to a month for receipt from the date of request, this has so far been cut to approximately 10 business days for the processing of your withdrawals.

                                        The bottom line is: Your funds are 100% safe with us and you will receive them!

                                            I personally can deal with 3-4 weeks for now... I have two pending withdraws and I will paitently wait but a month tops is all... If I get it in the 3-4 week time frame I will happily redeposit... There are a few exceptions on here but most of them are a bunch of cry babies.... WSEX is taking a month and no one is b*tching about that... To me that is far too long for an A book... A FU*KIN' MONTH for an A book..? These ratings on here are garbage anyway.... My request was made on 6/10 so we'll see...

                                            BTW I appreciate you coming into the forum and informing us... I do not buy the GW bill although I know it only involves banking transactions.... I do not buy it because GW didn't sign it saying this pertains to SBoo VIP and Bodiggy it was for all... When not all are experiencing the samething then this should tell you guys it's something else..or is this over all you little cry babies head... IT"S NOT GW.... PERIOD...

While the point is taken that perhaps we should not accept wagers; deposits or new customers prior to paying our customers. However, the fact stands that we are sending several hundred withdrawals per week and the backlog is shifting. We expect normal service to resume quite shortly regarding withdrawal timeframes and so hope to build up our customer base while doing so.

                                                  2. In relation to our customer service I am very sorry to hear that you've had bad experience. We do attempt to provide our customers with full support throughout this form of issue to ensure their wagering experience is optimal. This is not always possible however. Should you have experienced unacceptable wait times regarding emails I can confirm there is a slight backlog. You may, however, contact us through Live Chat or by phone also. Here we may walk you through your issue in real time.

                                                  3. Should you have been waiting for such a timeframe I would suggest that you contact us at customer support with your customer ID number as there may be an issue with your withdrawal which has resulted in it being 'On Hold'. Likely issues are address verification (especially should you have a PO Box on file).

                                                    The queue arrangement for withdrawals is both based on the withdrawal value and the date it was requested. Based on the size of your withdrawal I would assume that this would be sent out by the end of the coming business week. Of course I cannot verify this though that would be my approximation.

                                                        In relation to the fact that these issues have not affected all books equally I refer to my post above. The effects of this bill have been somewhat delayed. Our personal withdrawal processor decided to pull out of the US market. This affected us and our sister sites. However, please note that other franchises will have their own processors. These may, or may not, be running efficiently at the moment dependent on the book.

                                                        I would not believe that your funds will take a month to process though this may take up to 15 business days, dependent upon its size. You will be contacted with confirmation just as soon as this has been sent (or with an update should there be a problem in sending! *NB* Please ensure that you have a physical mailing address on file with us and no pending verification procedures!!)

Because morons call 80 million times a day asking the same thing and when people do that it will certainly put a strain on the CS Department.... If I was working there I would have told you guys to wait the time frame and go fu*K yourself in the meantime...
                                                          3.. A month is about what it takes so according to them it should be any day now....

                                                          As a matter of fact Sportsbook I think you should tell these people it will be 3-4 weeks and everytime you call prior to three weeks asking about your withdraw it will delay the payout by another day...                                                               1. So taking on new customers when they can't handle their current ones is a good idea? That makes no sense and causes customers to leave and never come back. That is why they are a D+.
                                                              2. I am the CUSTOMER and can call as many times as I like. I pay someone MONEY for a service, I deserve to be happy with the service.
                                                              3. They told me 7 to 10 days. Not a month.

The only problems which have arisen are in the form of withdrawals. This has genuinely been out of our hands as we've been forced to comply with law. We are working to resolve this and the backlog is most definitely shifting. To close our doors to new customers would completely inhibit our growth and is not necessary at this time.

                                                                    2. You are the customer and you may contact us as many times as you wish regarding any issue regarding your account or our site. We are always happy to address your concerns and queries. However, at the same time, contacting us twice daily regarding updates for your withdrawal is not necessary. Should there be an issue with your withdrawal we will contact you. You will also be contacted with confirmation once your withdrawal has been sent.

                                                                    3. The estimated timeframe is 7-10 business days for the processing of a DHL/FedEx withdrawal. This may take slightly longer dependent on the value requested.
