This is the problem with your compnay. No one is ever worried and no one ever cares. It doens't suprise me that you aren't worried, becuase it's not your money. But you hvae one poster that's telling you of the 3 requests he made between the 16th and 18th, he got the last 2 but no word one th first. Then you have another poste, GUnslinger who has 9 requests dating back to June 15th, and none have been processoed. Mr. Jazette Employee, aren't you the least bit curious as to why some people are getting paid, and some aren't. Can you at least admit that the payouts seems to be done in a haphazard manner. Can't you understand why a reasonable person, would be concerned to have money at Sportsbook.com right now, when there is no rhyme or reason asto how apyouts are being processed.
WHy are all Jazette employees so afraid to ask the withdrawals department why they aren't sending payouts out in an orderly fashion. Do the people who work in the withdrawals department live in an ivory tower. WHy can't you ask the question.
I think it's nice that you took some of your free time to post on this thread, but you haven't said a single thing, that the avergae Cs person hasn't already told us. Telling people not to worr your payouts will be sent shortly is meaningless. FOr 3 weeks you guys kept telling me that my payouts would be sent shortly. We are asking very simple questions, so stop apologizing for the inconcenience, and just give us a straight answer, why aren't the payouts being handled in the order they come in. Explain to us how it can be that one person requests $2500 on June 15th, and another on june 19th, and the person who made the request on June 19th gets paid first.
If you don't know the answer, please find out. Otherwise we will just safely assume taht either you guys have no clue what you are doing, or that you are giving preferential treatment. (I'm pretty confident that you guys are using this time to intentionally delay payouts of those cusotmers you no longer feel are desireable.)Comment -

#4735They will probably either leave it between your screen door and regular door so it is hidden from open view or they will leave you a note and you can go pick it up from the office.Comment -

#4737Hi all. First post here and it sucks it has to be in this particular thread. I have been waiting for a couple of months now for a check from Superbook.com I requested back in early May. I have been with them for a while so you would think that would matter, but of course it didn't.
My case is currently under investigation and I received an email recently stating they had stopped payment on the check they supposedly sent on May 22nd via DHL. That email also states it could take up to 6 weeks for that to happen. I have tried everything I can think of, but I am starting to think I am about to get stiffed.Comment -

#4738The reason it takes 6 weeks to run a "trace" is that it usually takes about 5 1/2 weeks before anyone from Jazette will take a moment to call the processor and find out if the check was ever sent.Comment -

#47415 withdrawls no Payout
I originally withrew 1600 on 6/1/07 and another 3300 in four different withdrawls the next week, I have called customer service 3 times, every week they tell me its going out next week but it never happens, Im starting to think we are all getting hosed. If I do not recieve a check this week I am going to flip a lid. They can take my money the same day I deposit it but they cant make a withdrawl in over a month. I have never had a problem like this with any other site I have ever used. I knoe they are a private company, but is there any legal action we can take against them? 4900 is alot of money to my family.Comment -

Got my hopes up guys but won't believe it till I see it on my doorstep.Comment -

#4752Well, i was told by a rep Saturday via live chat that my withdrawal from May 25th was 'definitely going on Monday the 2nd(today). Then, later on Saturday i check and am given the 'still in que, no time from, blah blah)
At this point i flip and call the customer service line. I get in touch with a supervisor named Adam and he tells me that no one could have been able to tell me Monday....still in que. I told him that i will stay on the line til i get an answer. He tells me there are only a few withdrawals from May 23, 24 and 25th that are still remaining. States that these will be the next to go out. Also, tells me that he is emailing his withdrawals department to put a 'high priority' on my withdrawal.
I contact via live chat today. Am told that its in que. When i state there was a 'high priority' put on my withdrawal, i am told that 'all our valued customers withdrawals are 'high priority' and that they have no record of anyone contacting the withdrawals department.
How many lies can these people make up? I am officially giving up on ever getting the funds. I have really gone over the edge with them.Comment -

#4757I can tell you guys that months ago it took forever to get my $700 check when they were "switching processors and going through the backlog." I did get it, but haven't gambled with them for a while. I won another few hundred bucks, but its funny that a few months later the same stuff is happening. It's obvious that they just control who and when they give payouts to. It has nothing to do with "backlogs," I won't bet with them again and I really think that these internet gambling companies are slowly dying out.
I hope y'all get your money, but personally I think we should all move onComment -

#4759i put in a request for a payout of almost $700 almost a month ago. i've called every week and they tell me they're having processor issues and that it will be taken care of asap and they'll send me an e-mail when they send the check out. i've never taken money out of that account before and still have more in there. hopefully they'll get this issue taken care of. i have a friend that made a withdrawl a few months ago and it was processed immediately.
i wish i knew they were bad. i'd certainly have taken my biz elsewhere. good luck to all those waiting for $$.Comment -

#4760I just received a check today for $1940.00. $100 was withdrawn on 5-28 and $1840.00 on 6-18. It was one check for the two combined. I have no more money with sportsbook.com and I am currently looking for another american friendly online poker site.
ThanksComment
