I just got two emails today saying that my May 28 and June 18 withdrawals have been sent - the one from June 3 is still in processing. Just letting you all know.

I called up CS today to check on two separate withdrawals. Natch, they haven't been processed. The CS (who by a stroke of luck was honestly forthcoming) rep told me the one processor they have left is doing 75 WITHDRAWALS PER DAY! Since they're getting 1100-1200 withdrawal requests per day, well you can do the math. As you all know he confirmed the que is worthless, the processor simply picks and chooses on a haphazrd basis. Less then 10% processed per day. I won't speculate on any common conclusions (they're waiting for football season to load up on depositers) but this obviously points to BIG wait times, with some lucky very few getting their money with short waits.

That would explain the random nature of the withdrawals. I also don't think it is out of money. Just the processor will only do that amount.

Is it true they are sending cashier's checks that can be cashed at any bank or financial institution or are you guys banks putting holds on the checks and making you wait for it to clear???

No problems with my bank. They cash them and deposit them where ever I want the funds.

can someone please tell how long it is taking for you to recieve your checks from sportsbook.com ? from the time you initiated the payout til received . just like a clue of when!

I think the rep either underestimated how many withdrawals are being processed every day, or overestimated the number of withdrawal requests being recieved each day. This has been the only processor for over a month now. According to this rep, the wait time would be increasing by 2 weeks for each passing day. So by now it should be a one year wait to get your money. Clearly being are getting paid faster now than they were a month ago. And it's not the processor who is picking and choosing who to pay either. It's not the processor who decides who gets out of the "queue", it the withdrawals department.

These reps like to believe that they know what they are taking about, but it is truly amzing how little they actually know.

I can't believe I've writing this post, but it's true. Received back to back checks near 2500. Withdrew 6/17/07. Got an e-mail last week saying it was coming via DHL. They're being good to me all the sudden. Can't remember the last time I contacted them. Might be working. I doubt it, just my lucky week.
