I just got two emails today saying that my May 28 and June 18 withdrawals have been sent - the one from June 3 is still in processing. Just letting you all know.

#4589I am sorry - I wish I had the answer. I am now looking for a new place to play poker. That actually pays on time and is reliable. One more withdrawal and I will have all my money out of there.Comment -

#4590Though I am on sports.com (both sports.com and sportsbook.com are from the same Jazette company of books) I think this bit of info is interesting. I called up CS today to check on two separate withdrawals. Natch, they haven't been processed. The CS (who by a stroke of luck was honestly forthcoming) rep told me the one processor they have left is doing 75 WITHDRAWALS PER DAY! Since they're getting 1100-1200 withdrawal requests per day, well you can do the math. As you all know he confirmed the que is worthless, the processor simply picks and chooses on a haphazrd basis. Less then 10% processed per day. I won't speculate on any common conclusions (they're waiting for football season to load up on depositers) but this obviously points to BIG wait times, with some lucky very few getting their money with short waits.Comment -

#4592That would explain the random nature of the withdrawals. I also don't think it is out of money. Just the processor will only do that amount.Comment -

These reps like to believe that they know what they are taking about, but it is truly amzing how little they actually know.Comment -

#4615Received Another Friggin Check
I can't believe I've writing this post, but it's true. Received back to back checks near 2500. Withdrew 6/17/07. Got an e-mail last week saying it was coming via DHL. They're being good to me all the sudden. Can't remember the last time I contacted them. Might be working. I doubt it, just my lucky week.Comment -

#4618Thought all of those waiting the longest for their payouts may find the CS's last comment encocuraging.
You: Hey Peter, my customer number is **********. I have 3 pending withdrawals dated 5/25, 5/29 and 6/8. I am aware of the problems you've experienced with finding reliable processors. However, my cousin (complete bullshit) requested a payout on 6/15 and has already received his funds. Do I need to do something with my prior withdrawal requests to insure they are in the front of the queue?
Peter Roberts: No you do not have to do anything - I do apologize that someone has received a check before you but you will receive your funds
You: Can you give me an approximation of when?
Peter Roberts: Within the next 7 days
You: All 3?
You: Also, is there any way to put a marker on those withdrawals
Peter Roberts: What exactly do you mean by a marker?
You: Just some measure to ensure that they are processed instead of newer withdrawals
Peter Roberts: Yes that what will be happening, we put in a new measure 2 days ago that old withdrawals will be dealt with 1stComment -
